07 Jan 2026I was busy with a rental property. I had been there on a Friday morning, I immediately said yes and was told that I would be called after the weekend for an appointment with the landlord. Afterwards, I wasn't called and had to call myself to find out that there were still 2 people who had registered on Friday after my departure and the landlord wanted to give everyone a fair chance. A pity but okay. Then I received a message with the answer that someone else had priority because the landlord knew the family. I find this very unfortunate as the landlord said he wanted to give everyone a fair chance. So it was not true since someone was given priority while I had been first, but it's the landlord's choice and it's her property so okay. But there would be a follow-up if I was to get an appointment or not. This follow-up never happened and the property is now removed from funda. All in all, communication with the real estate agent boertjes is very bad in my opinion.

With a lot of bombast they storm through the house and don't pay attention to anything. They force their way into the property as if they are god in France. So not gone with them to sea.

What I find a pity is that real estate agents generally do little for buyers when there are holidays or special days. Many people specifically want to come on an Easter day or a Saturday. Why not take an extra step if you own your own company. No collective labor agreement restrictions. Another point is that the brokerage fees in rural areas are clearly higher than in urban areas.

When purchasing our new build house, we were excellently guided from the start through the entire buying process. Linda is professional and brought a lot of positive energy with her. Besides taking a lot of time to explain the sales process, she was very involved by showing genuine interest in how we experienced living here as sellers. She also gave us a lot of practical tips. After we decided to go into business with Hup and Fidom, it was quickly arranged that beautiful photos of our house were made. A group chat was created, which ensured a nice collaboration. We could always ask a question and this was quickly answered. We were also kept constantly informed about the sales process. The whole team is involved, responds quickly and thinks along. De eerste kennismaking was heel professioneel maar ook heel persoonlijk, Shanice kwam goed voorbereid bij ons binnen en nam alle tijd om al onze vragen te beantwoorden. Dat gaf meteen een vertrouwd gevoel. Tijdens de verkoop konden we met al onze vragen terugvallen op het gehele team van Roozeboom in een aangemaakte whatsapp groep en hadden we binnen aanzienlijk korte tijd antwoord. Ons huis verkopen vonden we best spannend maar door de aanpak van Roozeboom kregen we er alle vertrouwen in, ons huis is binnen 3 weken verkocht.

04 Jul 2025Performed a visit for business immovable property. Little enthusiastic gentleman but he said he would come with a proposal. Then doesn't hear anything more, doesn’t call back, tells potential buyer that he knows nothing about it and after months lets them know he doesn't want the job. Does send an invoice though, but for what? How dare you? A bouquet of flowers and apologies would have been better placed. Luckily found a better realtor who does keep appointments but Boelens Jorritsma set him back months. In short: not recommended.
