The contact was very pleasant; they were easily reachable both by phone and email. Jeanette Visscher helped us tremendously with the purchase of our home. During the renovation, our construction deposit had to be adjusted, and they were there for us again. They contacted the bank and arranged everything neatly for us. We are very satisfied and definitely recommend this real estate agency!

I can confirm the previously written 'bad' reviews, the lady is really unfriendly to customers, rude in my opinion and out to make easy money. If you are still hesitating between brokers, I would definitely look elsewhere..

17 Dec 2024We tried to buy a house they were selling for the selling party, but it was really one big drama. Zero stars would have been appropriate here. We've never had such a bad, incompetent real estate agent. Jeanette only wants one thing and that is to make money quickly. To every question there was no or a half answer. She didn't feel like figuring things out. Her employee Hilma is just as bad. They are already irritated when you call them because they really don't want to do anything. It starts with the viewing, you can barely get a hello out of them. Jeanette literally stays outside and says completely uninterested 'just look around yourself and if you have questions, I'll hear it!' If you then have questions she never has an answer because either she really knows nothing or she deliberately holds things back... Ultimately, they had agreed to our offer and conditions, and it turned out that everything was wrong with the house and the land. She hadn't mentioned anything about this and we found out more and more things through various channels. From contaminated asbestos soil and no soil investigation, to a placed septic tank that does not meet the requirements, to endless excuses about missing papers, which they are looking for, to 'oh sorry that investigation was never done'. If we agree that everything that needs to be adjusted and arranged is neatly stated in the purchase contract and Jeanette agrees with this, we then receive a draft contract where none of our points are mentioned. When we call about this, we are told that we shouldn't dramatize (yes really!) and that they find it irritating. And also that she has decided to only make changes if she herself finds them useful and not if we want it. We have already had an appraisal carried out and are therefore 800 euros lighter. Jeanette is a fraudster, a money wolf and a mega incompetent real estate agent. We will not let this go either and will take further (legal) action against her and report to the NVM. We ultimately decided ourselves not to proceed with the house because all trust is gone. We are therefore left empty-handed! Think carefully before doing business with her!

Zoals altijd heeft een verhaal twee kanten. Ik adviseer potentiële kopers – zeker in complexe en technisch ingewikkelde situaties waarvan kennis van de materie bij potentiële kopers ontbreekt - zich te laten bijstaan door een deskundige NVM Aankoopmakelaar. Deze neemt veel werk uit handen en kan potentiële kopers begeleiden, wanneer kennis van de materie ontbreekt. In deze vervelende kwestie was dit zeker het geld waard geweest. De woning waar jullie belangstelling voor hadden een bijzonder object is, waar veel haken en ogen aan zitten. In verband hiermee heb ik jullie geadviseerd om een aankopend NVM makelaar mee te nemen. Als verkopend makelaar is de verkoper mijn opdrachtgever en dien ik zijn belang. In het proces stelden jullie onredelijke eisen die niet in het belang van mijn verkopers waren. Vandaar dat ik jullie eisen niet klakkeloos heb ingewilligd. Dat dit uiteindelijk jullie heeft doen besluiten om de woning niet te kopen, is jammer. Thanks to Ad, Wilma and Naomy, it was possible to find and buy our dream home in the Vechtdal region. The office is always easily accessible, communication is good, and actions are carried out accurately. In addition to the expert advice during viewings and the purchase, Ad also consistently provided a little more background information, making this a fun and educational journey for us. Also, with his technical knowledge, Ad was able to explain many aspects of the houses, which contributed to a well-considered choice. Furthermore, this real estate agent is decisive. We appreciated how all information about a particular house was always presented very factually, allowing us to fully decide on our next steps based on that information. If we particularly needed his opinion, it was also shared openly. We are very satisfied and recommend starting a purchase process here. Within 3 months with 3 viewings, we already had it and now, after half a year since the start of the process, we live in our new beautiful location.

Extra addition!!!!!!!!!!!! On Goudzwaard real estate agency's own website, negative reactions are quickly removed. The positive reactions remain.

16 Jun 2025We are incredibly happy that Annelies from Passie Makelaardij guided us from a to z during the entire purchase and sales process. Even though I was skeptical about real estate agents, she really proved her added value. She genuinely helped us with every step of viewing properties (even in the evenings and on weekends!) to giving honest advice, even if that meant we shouldn't bid. Ultimately, we unexpectedly ended up at my childhood home. A special step where Annelies guided us with great care and involvement, also taking into account the interests of all those involved. And as if that wasn't enough, she even arranged everything during her vacation from France for the sale of our own house. In short: a real estate agent who really thinks along with you, is clear in her communication and makes you feel like you are not alone. We can wholeheartedly recommend her!
