The contact was very pleasant; they were easily reachable both by phone and email. Jeanette Visscher helped us tremendously with the purchase of our home. During the renovation, our construction deposit had to be adjusted, and they were there for us again. They contacted the bank and arranged everything neatly for us. We are very satisfied and definitely recommend this real estate agency!

Date unknownUnfortunately, a very bad experience with this real estate agency. Hence the rating of one star, although I would have preferred to give 0! During the viewing of our house in Nieuwleusen, we were informed by one of the brokers from Jeanet Visser Makelaarskantoor. During the viewing, we were told that the house had been very well and lovingly maintained. Even the painting was recently done just before the sale. This already gave us the idea that there was something amiss somewhere. Nevertheless, the sellers and the broker insisted that this was not the case. This of course already makes you think…. Ultimately bought the house with a very decent bid where both the sellers and the broker have absolutely nothing to complain about. But you can guess what… During the renovation of our house, we encountered several issues which would cause significant extra costs. Of course, it is impossible that the sellers did not know this! Even the construction of our house turned out to be faulty and gave us a serious problem and a considerable additional expense with its repair. A structural engineer even determined that there was a risk of collapse. It's bizarre that you continue to deny a hidden defect. In fact, this is a hidden defect. Both the sellers and Jeanet Visser realtor are in no way willing to arrange compensation for this and literally don’t care about us as buyers. We were told to take it to court…. Even Jeanet Visser reportedly stands “squarely” behind her sellers and is otherwise little interested. As long as commission is earned on the sale of the house, everything else is totally unimportant. It is also despicable how the truth is distorted and how Jeanet Visscher avoids this. (See response below this review in which she distorts the truth and tries to throw it at the floor) hopeless! I would like to warn everyone about the lax and uninterested attitude of this broker. All incompetence! For us, it is definitely the first and certainly the last time we have arranged anything through this office. It’s a pity that incidents like these threaten to make you lose faith in the still good people and companies……

Dear Thimon, It's a shame that such unnuanced reactions can be posted without consideration and our salespeople and the employees of our office are put in a bad light. The situation is that you, under the guidance of your purchasing agent Zuidzijde from Zwolle, bought this property. It was known that the purchased property was an older home. With older homes, it is recommended to have a structural survey carried out. A structural survey involves costs. You were given every opportunity to inspect the property beforehand and to have it structurally inspected (or not). You consciously omitted this, partly on the advice of your advisors. The fact that you are disappointed with the condition of the floor afterwards is unfortunate for you, but not something for which our salesperson or broker can be held liable. If you had had a structural survey carried out, you could have saved yourself a lot of costs. Our salespeople are in no way responsible for this. This has also been clearly explained to you. It is clear from your story that you did not like hearing this message. If someone is not responsible for something, there is no reason to compensate you for the costs. Again; a structural survey could have saved you a lot of money. As selling brokers, we stand 100% behind our client. I find it deplorable and very bad that you portray our salesperson in a negative light like this.

They showed understanding and we were contacted a few times by them to see how things were going and if they could still be of service to us. We had our house put up for sale with Jeanette Visscher. The way they treated us and what they did around the sale of our home, we found very pleasant.

Thanks to Ad, Wilma and Naomy, it was possible to find and buy our dream home in the Vechtdal region. The office is always easily accessible, communication is good, and actions are carried out accurately. In addition to the expert advice during viewings and the purchase, Ad also consistently provided a little more background information, making this a fun and educational journey for us. Also, with his technical knowledge, Ad was able to explain many aspects of the houses, which contributed to a well-considered choice. Furthermore, this real estate agent is decisive. We appreciated how all information about a particular house was always presented very factually, allowing us to fully decide on our next steps based on that information. If we particularly needed his opinion, it was also shared openly. We are very satisfied and recommend starting a purchase process here. Within 3 months with 3 viewings, we already had it and now, after half a year since the start of the process, we live in our new beautiful location.

Even though I was skeptical about real estate agents, she really proved her added value. She genuinely helped us with every step of viewing properties (even in the evenings and on weekends!) to giving honest advice, even if that meant we shouldn't bid. Ultimately, we unexpectedly ended up at my childhood home. A special step where Annelies guided us with great care and involvement, also taking into account the interests of all those involved. And as if that wasn't enough, she even arranged everything during her vacation from France for the sale of our own house. In short: a real estate agent who really thinks along with you, is clear in her communication and makes you feel like you are not alone. We can wholeheartedly recommend her!

We were pleasantly surprised by the introductory meeting and without a doubt, we switched. We have not regretted that for a moment. Annelies is clear and straightforward in her communication and realistic about any expectations. A promise is a promise with her. She commits herself fully 100% to her client (and potential buyers). Annelies always goes the extra mile for her client. Even in the evenings and even on weekends, we were able to consult with her. Annelies has knowledge of her profession but above all, she is truly people-oriented. Annelies is a real estate agent who really takes care of you. Her pricing is clear and does not lead to unrealistic price assessments with the aim of higher commissions. If we were to recommend a real estate agent in the region, we would wholeheartedly recommend Annelies, because with her passion she lives up to her name.

09 Nov 2021When I called to schedule a viewing, I waited 20 min. on hold after which I was disconnected. I called again and waited another time. When I finally got through to them, I said that I had been waiting a long time and before I could finish my sentence, the lady, in a certain tone, said: “we are busy, the phone is glowing red.” I finished my sentence and said that the connection was dropped after 20 min. To which she replied, with a slightly sarcastic tone: “That’s annoying”. I asked if I could view the property and the answer was short: “No, that's not possible anymore”. And we hung up. I found the whole experience so unsettling, especially the tone, that I am taking the trouble to write a review about it.
