Het is in deze tijd heel erg lastig om als starter aan een woning te komen. Ik heb enorm veel bezichtigingen gehad buiten Bergmakelaardij om, helaas zonder resultaat. Het is me nu dan ook eindelijk gelukt om een huurwoning te bemachtigen middels deze fantastische organisatie (Bergmakelaardij). Waar ik jullie enorm voor wil bedanken is de transparantie, snelle communicatie, het boven de stof staan en de persoonlijke benadering. En dat laatste, dat is in deze tijd schaars. Het is voor makelaars in deze tijd misschien wat makkelijker om een woning te verhuren, maar het is bewonderenswaardig hoe persoonlijk jullie te werk blijven gaan. Helaas heb ik gemerkt dat dat bij veel makelaars in deze huidige tijd niet meer belangrijk is, want voor jou 100 anderen. Dankbaar, dat ik met jullie heb mogen samenwerken. Ik gun jullie het allerbeste en ik adviseer iedereen om met Bergmakelaardij zaken te doen.

Wij hebben het contact met Niels Orij en zijn kantoor als heel prettig ervaren. De communicatie was snel, professioneel en met de nodige humor. Een waardevolle aanvulling als aankoopmakelaar, zeker omdat wij zelf ver uit de buurt woonde van ons zoek gebied. Het voelde vertrouwd en persoonlijk, kortom een echte aanrader.

Afgelopen jaar een huis gekocht die werd aangeboden door Orij. Van begin tot eind heel netjes geholpen. Wat mij zeer aansprak is de tijd die word genomen met bezichtiging. Bij andere makelaars was het allemaal gehaast terwijl ik bij Orij de tijd van de wereld kreeg en ze ook echt een gesprek met je aan gingen. Mijn complimenten!
