10 Mar 2021Wij hebben Douwma makelaardij in de arm genomen voor de aankoop van ons eerste huis in Apeldoorn. Op korte termijn hebben wij samen met Carla (Douwma makelaardij) een bezichtiging gepland. Zij nam onze stres uithanden, voor de aankoop van ons toekomstig huis. Hierbij lette zij nauwlettend op gebreken en nam ons in het hele aankoopproces mee. Voor ons was dit een fantastische ervaring! Alle administratieve zaken werden door haar begeleid en goed afgehandeld met de tegenpartij (De verkopers in dit geval). Bij de koop van ons huis kwamen er een aantal punten aan het licht die dankzij Douwma makelaardij toch een zeer positieve wending hebben gekregen. Bij de koop bleek namelijk een stuk perceel niet bij het kadaster aangegeven te zijn. Dit is door Carla zeer vakkundig opgelost met de notaris. Wij hebben uiteindelijk het stuk grond gekregen zonder nadelige kosten. Carla is een zeer gemoedelijke vrouw waarbij je altijd met je vragen terecht kan. Zonder haar was dit niet zo positief afgelopen. Nogmaals enorm bedankt voor alle hulp. Wij adviseren bij deze Douwma Makelaardij volledig aan!
