They act arrogantly, are very condescending, unprofessional, caught multiple times lying about things to ensure you sign (telling you they will build within 2 months while they haven't even finalized the zoning plan with the municipality), sending my signed purchase and construction agreements to other parties so they also sign (Jantje has already signed, so you have to now, coincidentally a friend of mine who they tried to force this way), not showing up for their own appointments, and so on. I advise everyone to take a step back as soon as they see Bieze as a real estate agent!

We had no experience with this whatsoever and, together with the real estate agent, went through the entire process step by step in a pleasant manner. Mercurius was our choice based on the reviews and the location of the office. We didn't compare prices but find the commission amount to be perfectly acceptable considering the services provided.
