They behave arrogantly, are very condescending, unprofessional, caught lying multiple times about things to make you sign (telling that they will start building within two months while they haven't even finalized the zoning plan with the municipality), sending my signed purchase and construction agreements to other parties so that they also sign (Jan has already signed, so now you must too, coincidentally a friend of mine who they tried to coerce in this manner), not showing up for their own appointments, and so on. I advise everyone to take a step back as soon as they see Bieze as the real estate agent! Edit: Bieze's response is exactly how they operate, immediately deflecting responsibility. My first reaction was copied from three years ago. I bought a house through Bieze in 2024.

Date unknownThe first acquaintance 2019 Appointment for viewing. Waited over 30 minutes. While we were called there. We didn't have an appointment scheduled. Strange because we did receive confirmation emails. The second acquaintance 2022 Viewing request via Funda. Due to circumstances, we don’t want telephone contact. Yet, we are still called. We indicated wanting email contact. Afterwards, a lot of emails were received with reminders from move.NL while we hadn't even been there yet. Also, the email communication with them didn’t go smoothly. The third acquaintance. 2022 Wanting to make an appointment again. Same song and dance. First by phone, which is what we didn’t want. Then all sorts of reminders from move.NL that we DO NOT want or ask for. After the second contact, they clearly didn't grasp the message. We informed them that we would wait with the decision. As a reaction, they said the house was sold. Fine. Still, afterwards another reminder came to react via Move.NL Why were our details entered anyway without permission? Unfortunately, we ourselves were about 8 minutes late for the last appointment. We were very annoyed by this because now they can point the finger at us that we are doing something wrong. Houses for sale at Reinders…. We certainly have extra doubts about a potential purchase. Strength to real estate agent Reinders. After I posted this review, Mr J Reinders tried to call us. Since we are simply working, we didn't answer the phone. Immediately afterwards, I saw an email arrive. Short and sweet. The gentleman wanted to talk. That can......an email was sent back that evening when I am reachable at work. Exactly at that time we met each other. We both told our story. I tried to make clear that the amount of info is enormous even for a simple appointment, and that we don't feel comfortable. The barrier isn’t gone with us, but Mr. J Reinders did ask us to respond to an interesting offer. Mr. J Reinders would then personally ensure a good approach. That certainly adorns the entrepreneur.

We were picky and Jeroen realistic, which meant we only made 2 bids in a year, but the second time was lucky and it was the nicest house in Apeldoorn 👌 The sale went just as smoothly, well guided and sold for a great price 💪 *Original* Been working on finding our dream home in this overheated housing market for a while now. Date unknownA peculiar way of doing things during the sale. Made an appointment as number 2 because earlier really wasn't possible. Number 2 on the list. During the viewing, suddenly two other interested parties for us appeared. Remarkable, being number 2 on the list. Either they can't count, or they are playing games, or .... fill in the blanks. It is not reliable; the overheated Hugo market will be to blame, but integrity you only sell once. In summary, a typical real estate agent experience. It’s comparable to the croquette sandwich at Efteling; as long as we all continue buying it, price and quality don't matter. Next. Update: Of course, it is very annoying when people are not positive. An appointment is an appointment was not the case here. The attempt to turn a bad review around is confirming; find the best buyer and then give up your decency for that. That’s your choice, stand behind it instead of trying to make excuses for what was crooked. Bad experience, get over it. Wishing you all the best.

Your internet pseudonym: “Mutiny” is apparently not chosen for nothing… At the time of scheduling, you were indeed the 2nd viewer of the property in question. As you may have noticed, you are currently not the only one searching the housing market. Yes, we also think that the previous Minister for Housing, Spatial Planning and Environment is partly to blame for this, but that’s another discussion…. When you think that we no longer schedule viewings after Mr. “HFC Muiterij” has scheduled something, you are indeed mistaken. Our task is to find the best buyer for our clients. You were not that in this case. Good luck with the next one and perhaps see you again! PS: We can count just fine. Our office has already carried out 1,785 individual viewings this year. Fortunately, most viewers appreciated our personal approach!
