The collaboration went well, the first four or five weeks we had no reactions to the apartment at all. We adjusted the price and then it was immediately bingo! Two viewers came, very few but the right one was among them. Perhaps it has to do with the fact that many apartments are being built in Twello and people want to live closer to the center.

We recently viewed a house and submitted an offer (higher than the asking price) which still included room for negotiation. We knew the time when it would be announced whether our offer was sufficient. That's quite an exciting moment! After 2 hours of waiting, my partner ultimately contacted them directly and heard from the receptionist that the house had been sold. This is a missed opportunity for us, but perhaps also for the seller. We would have at least expected to be informed since we invested time and energy in it as well. Furthermore, the realtor did not give the impression of wanting to do her best.

Real estate agent refuses viewings. This is not in the interest of the potential buyer, but certainly not in the interest of the selling party. Interested parties who want to bid significantly higher without reservations are simply rejected under the pretext ‘we are too busy’. Why? Don't you want to achieve the best possible price as an honest and transparent real estate agent? As a selling party, I would definitely look for another real estate agent.
