We did find that we had to check (and improve) a lot ourselves, such as the floor plan and sales text, but we understand from others that this is the case with more real estate agents as well. The photos have really turned out beautifully, especially the night photography! The open house on Saturday had to be guided by us ourselves, which felt a bit 'easy' from the real estate agent's side and occasionally we would have liked more advice instead of objective answers to our questions. All in all, we are satisfied with OpenDeur and have sold our house to our satisfaction! I would recommend OpenDeur.
