Fijne ervaring met de taxateur die bij ons thuis is geweest. Zoals afgesproken kwam de taxatie op de afgesproken dag bij ons binnen.

Zeer tevreden over de taxatie door Open Deur Makelaardij. Het contact verliep prettig en snel, ook via WhatsApp zijn ze goed bereikbaar. Ze kwamen netjes op de afgesproken tijd en het taxatierapport was snel en volledig naar wens opgesteld. Zeker aan te raden!

Overall, we are satisfied with OpenDeur! We did find that we had to check (and improve) a lot ourselves, such as the floor plan and sales text, but we understand from others that this is the case with more real estate agents as well. The photos have really turned out beautifully, especially the night photography! The open house on Saturday had to be guided by us ourselves, which felt a bit 'easy' from the real estate agent's side and occasionally we would have liked more advice instead of objective answers to our questions. All in all, we are satisfied with OpenDeur and have sold our house to our satisfaction! I would recommend OpenDeur.
