My expectations regarding the sale of my property in a good location through Langenberg Real Estate have not been met. In 5 months, there have been 2 viewings (similar house next door sold within 1 week) and little heard besides the advice to lower the price 'because it's not moving'. I expect a more proactive approach from my sales broker. September 9: Dear Ralph, thank you for your extensive response to my review. What I notice is that you once again express yourself in negative terms about the house. You talk about 'limitations, such as the very small and shallow plot' and wave your hand dismissively at necessary modernization costs. These are personal matters: not everyone wants a large garden, and one person has two left hands while another can do their own DIY. How are you going to sell the house if you constantly emphasize the limitations? The garden faces south, and modernization offers the opportunity to adapt the beautiful house in a prime location to your own preferences! In the initial phase, it was mainly about that. Regarding the comparison with the neighboring house, the difference is: sale within 1 week versus 2 viewings in 5 months. After that time and with the vacation period approaching, I drew my conclusions. Answer to the pending question of how you can do it right: a positive approach during the sales process and demonstrate added value by taking a proactive stance towards clients and the market. The impression I have is that you are waiting for a request for a viewing and then I am informed with the implication: wait..
