Wij wilden een bezichtiging plannen, maar kregen te horen dat er geen plek was op de dagen dat wij konden. Helaas werd er niet meegedacht of een alternatief voorgesteld. Ondanks dat wij aangaven dat we drie weken op vakantie gaan en graag vóór die tijd wilden kijken, werd ons geadviseerd om na de vakantie maar terug te bellen, met kans dat de woning dan al verkocht is. De dienstverlening van dit makelaarskantoor voldoet helaas niet aan de professionele standaard die je mag verwachten. Structurele communicatieproblemen, gebrekkige voorbereiding en het ontbreken van duidelijke verslaglegging maakten het verkooptraject onnodig stressvol. Afspraken werden niet serieus genomen en essentiële informatie moest telkens actief worden opgevraagd. Wat vooral teleurstelde, was het gebrek aan professionaliteit in houding en presentatie. Dat tast direct het vertrouwen aan dat nodig is bij de verkoop van een woning. Voor wie waarde hecht aan zorgvuldigheid, betrouwbaarheid en representativiteit: dit kantoor voldeed daar in mijn ervaring niet aan.

Unfortunately, Koningsstede sold a plot with a significant hidden defect, while the homeowner and the realtor were aware of it. We are now looking at a lengthy legal battle as a result of this and a large decrease in value of the plot. However friendly they may appear, they are real estate agents at Koningsstede where money is valued above what is ethical.
