Vanaf het begin hadden we een goed contact met Erik. Na zo'n 20 huizen gezien te hebben in de regio Apeldoorn zonder resultaat waren we wanhopig geworden en zochten we iemand die op een eerlijke en nuchtere wijze ons kon adviseren wat we moesten doen.
