Afgelopen december hadden we alle seinen op groen. We gaan op zoek naar een andere woning. Als je er eenmaal aan begint, hoop je de juiste mensen om je heen te verzamelen die je voorzien van advies en ondersteuning. Vanaf het moment dat we besloten om een andere woning te zoeken, wisten we dat we Mulderij moesten hebben als aan- en verkoopmakelaar. Zelfs niet gekeken naar andere makelaardijen. En waarom? Puur door de vormgeving van het verkoopbord in de tuin ;) en een bekend gezicht in Apeldoorn. Onze verwachtingen waren dan ook hooggespannen. Het is toch een ding als je op zoek gaat naar een andere woning. Het is al een uitdaging om een andere woning te vinden, dus een aankoopmakelaar is in deze tijd handig. En niet alleen om sneller bij het aanbod te zijn, maar ook om huizen goed te bekijken qua kwaliteit, constructie en onderhoud (i.p.v. onze standaard ‘o mooie ruimer kamer’ reactie enzo). In het begin hadden we gaandeweg het aankoopproces twijfels of het wel op een juiste manier aangevlogen werd, maar deze waren ongegrond! Ze kennen de markt, schatten situaties enorm goed in en zorgen goed voor je in dit hele uitdagende proces. Want dat is het. Ze hebben simpelweg boven verwachting gepresteerd. Onze dank gaat in het bijzonder uit naar Noël en Nanouk voor hun tomeloze inzet, geduld en inzichten!

Wij zijn twee maanden geleden met Noël in gesprek gegaan, omdat wij op zoek waren naar een leuke woning in Apeldoorn. Omdat de woningmarkt op dit moment erg lastig is, hadden wij ons ingesteld op een lange zoektocht met veel teleurstellingen. Echter hebben wij enkele weken geleden akkoord gehad op ons bod voor een prachtige woning en krijgen wij volgende week de sleutel van ons nieuwe huis. Wie had dat gedacht? Wij in ieder geval niet. Noël is op en top makelaar. Vakkundig en gemotiveerd heeft ze ons door de verkoop geleid.
