Regarding contact: we indicated that we wanted a preliminary discussion for an upcoming first bid. He didn’t deem this necessary. The offer came after weeks, during which (we suspect afterwards) Mr. Driessen halted all other viewings. The offer was no less than E260,000,- (23%) lower than his own estimate; here Mr. Driessen, in contrast to ourselves, did not object! Contact quickly became very brief, often at our initiative and eventually via WhatsApp with only one of the owners. It has become clear to us afterwards that Mr. primarily wanted little involvement and to go his own way. Finally, it turned out that the preliminary purchase agreement had been sent to potential buyers without consultation, including all private details including contact information which is unlawful and undesirable! They stated that this is standard procedure. Conclusion, we certainly do not recommend this realtor, we feel ashamed of the trust we gave him.
