Ik ben supertevreden over REBO. Jeannette en Sjoerd bedankt!! Ik ben tevreden over zowel de aankoop als over de verkoop. De communicatie, met álle medewerkers van REBO, is plezierig en prettig verlopen. Alle stappen in het proces waren me duidelijk; altijd meteen antwoord op mijn vragen. Al met al een prima ervaring om deze makelaar in te schakelen!
De prettige communicatie is geheel wederzijds, met veel plezier hebben we je mogen begeleiden bij het gehele aankoop- en verkoopproces. Namens het hele team wensen we je veel geluk in je nieuwe woning!

En dit geldt voor ons als verkopende partij maar ook heeft Jeannet en het gehele Rebo team in onze zoektocht naar een geschikt huis als aankopende partij ons in het gehele proces vakkundig en alert bijgestaan. Terrible company. We have been renting one of three garage boxes since 2016. One of these was for sale and has been sold. We heard rumors that ours was also for sale, which turned out to be the case. After contacting them by phone, it appeared that it had already been sold. Very unsocial of this real estate agent not to warn the tenant about the sale and give them the opportunity to purchase.
Dag Robert, Wij begrijpen uw frustratie zeer zeker, echter is het zo dat de huidige eigenaar ervoor gekozen heeft om met één partij in zee te gaan en hierdoor is ook uw garagebox in de verkoop meegegaan. Het aantal voordelen daarbij zijn o.a dat er geen kadastrale splitsing hoeft plaats te vinden en dat alles in één notariële akte overgedragen kan worden. The financial part of a collaboration has been completed. To also wrap up the emotional side surrounding this collaboration, I want to share my story. Not just because the collaboration didn't feel right, but I hope you will take it into account with future clients. The collaboration had no meaning for me because I ultimately found a tenant myself. Despite finding a tenant myself, REBO MAKELAAR did charge me €907,- which was even more, but I managed to negotiate some of the price down. Personally, I believe you are not entitled to these revenues, but unfortunately, I didn't see this when signing my agreement and had no leg to stand on. I hope you will learn from this and won't unnecessarily burden future clients with costs, and even deceive them.
