Voor de verkoop van ons huis hebben we makelaardij Reinders ingeschakeld. Jeroen heeft ons uitstekend begeleid tijdens zowel het verkoop- als het aankooptraject. Het tarief is eerlijk en we hebben gedurende het proces steeds helder en deskundig advies gekregen. Ook op financieel vlak zijn we bij Reinders goed geholpen. Jouke heeft ons met realistische inzichten door het gehele financiële traject geleid, wat ons enorm heeft geholpen bij het maken van de juiste keuzes. Onze ervaring met Reinders Makelaars is helaas teleurstellend. Er is een duidelijk verschil in inzet afhankelijk van wie klant is. Bij aankoop van onze woning zagen we hoe goed en uitgebreid de service is richting de verkopende partij. Bij verkoop van ons huis hebben wij niet dezelfde betrokkenheid en inzet ervaren. Service en transparantie na aan- en verkoop valt voor ons erg tegen.

Beste Arno Zegers Afgelopen weken contact gehad hierover en vervelend dat je ons een een ster review geeft. Ik heb je aangegeven dat wij als kantoor en ik als verkoopmakelaar voor eigenaar gekochte woning partij trok (logisch) en dat dit jou nu tegenvalt is vervelend maar kan ik niet anders van maken. Je had de mogelijkheid het bouwkundig te keuren, je het in de koopakte gelezen je koopt een ouder huis, je hebt de eindinspectie met mij gehad en we zijn ondertussen een half jaar verder in tijd. Eigenaar meld dat hij geen notie had van het betreffende geval en valt dus ook niet te verwijten op een verborgen gebrek. Dat je mij verwijt partij te kiezen vind ik niet verwijtbaar maar wel jammer en helaas dat je dit voelt. Als aankoopmakelaar was Loes heel goed in het begeleiden van de bezichtigingen en het aanvoelen van wat wij zochten. Groot voordeel, we konden als eerste al kijken bij een huis dat nog niet eens op funda stond. Dat was meteen raak. Ook als verkoopmakelaar bleek Reinders goed om samen met ons de de juiste prijs te bepalen maar ook uitstekend te verkopen. Ons avontuur is goed verlopen.

VAT was charged, while that is not legally permitted. Through the purchase of our new house, we came into contact with Loes. A super friendly and skilled real estate agent, which is why we also asked Loes to sell our own property. Loes helped us very well with preparing our home for sale. Moreover, the result of the sales photos was really great! We fell in love with our own house again, haha! House sold and we were super happy with Reinders. However, Reinders passed on VAT to us on the agreed brokerage fee. This came as a big surprise on the closing statement at the notary's office. Upon inquiry with our legal assistance, it appears that this is in conflict with the law and the NVM conditions. That leaves a nasty aftertaste, which is a shame. Moreover, the question immediately arises: would this happen more often? The error has since been acknowledged, but processing took weeks. And that is very unfortunate and moreover not the way we were used to how Reinders operated. A pity and therefore ‘only’ 3 stars.
