Ik was erg teleurgesteld over de service. De medewerkers waren onbeleefd en leken niet geïnteresseerd in het helpen van mijn vriendin met haar verzoeken, zelfs niet toen ze al een woning huurde. Er was een duidelijk gebrek aan professionaliteit gedurende het hele proces. Ik zou ze niet meer vertrouwen.
Het is overduidelijk dat dit bureau zich niets aantrekt van klanttevredenheid. Ik had het gevoel dat mijn broer of zus slechts een taak op hun to-dolijst was en dat ze zich niet de moeite namen om goede service te verlenen.
Ik was enorm teleurgesteld over het gebrek aan aandacht dat ze gedurende het hele proces toonden. Elke interactie voelde koud en onpersoonlijk aan, alsof mijn tevredenheid totaal niet belangrijk voor ze was. Ik kan ze absoluut niet aanbevelen!

Excellent real estate agent with whom I felt a good connection from the start. Down-to-earth man and not the type of car salesman. Good service and kept well informed throughout the process and was always easy to reach. One point for attention is that I noticed he indicated that the data requested by us (date of publication and taking photos) were achievable, but this turned out not to be the case. I would have preferred to hear directly that these were (too) tight requests instead of having to adjust repeatedly.
