Het contact met de makelaar was heel goed. Vriendelijk spontaan en zeer behulpzaam bij de verkoop van de woning.
We zijn super blij met ten hag makelaarsgroep Deventer Rowie is de geweldige persoon zijn heeft ons van begin tot eind geholpen voor ons eerste woning, met alle vragen beantwoorden zij is heel eerlijk en behulpzaam persoon .
Rowie heeft ons vanaf het begin super goed geholpen met het zoeken naar onze eerste woning, ze is meegegaan naar bezichtigingen en heeft ons geholpen bij alles wat erbij komt kijken. Rowie en Jill staan altijd klaar om alle vragen te beantwoorden. Het hele proces is ontzettend soepel gegaan, ze zijn erg deskundig, hebben veel kennis en geven eerlijke en doordachte adviezen. De volgende keer dat wij een woning kopen of verkopen zullen wij zeker weer met Rowie en de rest van team …
Het contact met de makelaar verliep vlot en prettig. De makelaar was bekend met soortgelijke woningen zoals van ons en wist veel van de omgeving en regels omtrent te verkopen vakantiewoningen. Onze makelaar was altijd te bereiken of indien dit niet mogelijk was, reageerde ze vrijwel direct, zelfs als het haar vrije dag was. Ook tijdens het biedingsproces is zij een goede ondersteuning voor ons geweest. We kijken hier met een positief gevoel op terug.
Contact met de makelaar verliep zeer goed en soepel.. Ze zijn vriendelijk, behulpzaam en denken met ons mee. Wij zijn goed begeleid bij de verkoop van onze woning

Recently, I have been experiencing a leak, which was not disclosed to me during the purchase of the property. During the purchase of the property, friendly and open etc. Attempted to reach a compromise last Friday, but this failed. The office manager, as he called himself, apparently did not understand what it was all about and only stated that I knew that the house could have defects/shortcomings. Trying to explain that I simply feel misled and that the bathroom is not from 2019 as they claim, but to no avail. He sticks to his position... Ten Hag Group misleads people and provides 0.0000% service. If you have any questions or uncertainties, you can contact me and I will explain it in great detail.
Definitely not recommended, do not keep appointments. No consultation whatsoever.
