A particularly unpleasant experience. An appointment was made for a viewing and so far everything was fine. Then, the evening before the viewing, I suddenly received an email with various additional conditions, including a clause where I, as the buyer, would agree to purchase without a structural survey. I understand that I am looking at an older property, but I want to have that choice myself, or be informed in advance so I don't need to make an appointment! Feels like a typical real estate agent tactic, a shame...
