Bij het eerste oriënterende gesprek met verschillende makelaars sprong Erwin Getreurer er met kop en schouders boven uit. Goede voorbereiding en kennis en ook wat zijn de mogelijkheden voor de potentiële koper. We kregen gelijk een mooi verkoopplan met ringband. We werden goed op de hoogte gehouden betreft de afspraken vd bezichtigingen. Kortom wij zijn zeer tevreden.

Het gaat niet alleen om de makelaar maar ook om het kantoor en de mensen daar achter. Het is een geolied team. Communicatie is oprecht, fijn en altijd snel schakelen en reageren. Gewoon een top-kantoor zowel voor de aankoop die we hebben gedaan als de verkoop van onze eigen woning. Het is bijna jammer dat het nu weer even gaat duren voor er weer contact is ;-).

We woonden zo heerlijk. En dan is afscheid nemen van het huis best moeilijk. Dat er dan een verkoopmakelaar is die dit ook ziet en begrijpt geeft dan rust. Vertrouwd, ervaring, netwerk, expertise en een team van collega's er om heen die het gewoon regelen. Dank!
