Briqs real estate agency is the realtor of Deventer. Informal in approach, but very knowledgeable in buying and selling. Jasper helped and advised us tremendously from start to finish with the purchase of our new home. He also gave us the right advice when selling our house. My assessment of this real estate agent is based on an experience relating to a new construction project. The allocation procedure is anything but transparent. Promises are made that are not kept, and an agreed appointment is cancelled without mercy. This concerns the biggest purchase of your life. The rules seem to change every time, this way of working is really not okay. Accurate, reliable and honest do not appear in their dictionary. The complaint has been lodged with Postma Makelaars, they have (via email) offered apologies for the lack of clarity. We no longer trust this real estate agent thanks to this very unpleasant experience.
