02 Aug 2024We weren't the easiest clients I think ;-) In August 2022, we decided to move from Alphen aan den Rijn to Overijssel. Through various contacts, we ended up with André. We initially stayed at a holiday park while searching for a house from there but André soon came up with a fantastic rental farmhouse. We lived there wonderfully temporarily, but the search proved very difficult, especially when house prices started to rise sharply again. André helped us look for two years and assisted us with various viewings and bids. Ultimately, we did manage to find our home! Thanks André!

Date unknownMy assessment of this real estate agent is based on an experience relating to a new construction project. The allocation procedure is anything but transparent. Promises are made that are not kept, and an agreed appointment is cancelled without mercy. This concerns the biggest purchase of your life. The rules seem to change every time, this way of working is really not okay. Accurate, reliable and honest do not appear in their dictionary. The complaint has been lodged with Postma Makelaars, they have (via email) offered apologies for the lack of clarity. We no longer trust this real estate agent thanks to this very unpleasant experience.
