Mijn naam is André Olden en ik ben sinds 1994 makelaar in met name het agrarisch vastgoed. Het mooie buitengebied van Salland, Oost-Veluwe en de Achterhoek heeft een grote aantrekkingskracht op mij en haar ondernemers/bewoners. Hier kan ik mijn ei kwijt op het gebied van advisering, bemiddeling en waardering van landelijk woongoed en agrarische bedrijven. Ik begeleid ondernemers en burgers in het buitengebied bij de keuzes die zij willen of soms moeten maken. De keus is voor de een de overname van een melkveehouderij bedrijf en voor de ander een verplaatsing naar een ander deel van de provincie vanwege de aanleg van een rondweg of dijkverlegging. Met een enorme drive en passie met een concreet doel voor ogen adviseer en begeleid ik klanten bij hun proces, waarbij de klant het tempo bepaalt. Ook mijn sociaal inlevingsvermogen en betrokkenheid zijn kenmerken die klanten in mij herkennen en zeer waarderen. Kortom zoekt u geen 'snelle commerciële jongen' maar een gedreven makelaar met een luisterend oor voor uw zaak en gezin, dan bent u bij mij aan het goede adres.

We weren't the easiest clients I think ;-) In August 2022, we decided to move from Alphen aan den Rijn to Overijssel. Through various contacts, we ended up with André. We initially stayed at a holiday park while searching for a house from there but André soon came up with a fantastic rental farmhouse. We lived there wonderfully temporarily, but the search proved very difficult, especially when house prices started to rise sharply again. André helped us look for two years and assisted us with various viewings and bids. Ultimately, we did manage to find our home! Thanks André!
