Perhaps they do this if it takes a very long time to find a home? Ultimately, I think in this difficult market (for buyers) the network/mutual contacts of a purchasing broker are worth their weight in gold (however cynical that may be, that's how it seems to work). So we can recommend Open Deur with peace of mind to house seekers.
