Adfinis (Rens) is very involved, and really tries to get the best for us (buyers). That he even sacrifices time to discuss things in the evenings shows this. What was also good is that Rens went with us to a house where he actually already knew beforehand that it would not work out, but wanted us to experience this anyway.

Multiple callback requests to the real estate agency over several days were not answered when we saw a house we were interested in (my callback requests have been outstanding for approximately 2.5 months and still haven't been answered). That’s something you don’t want when you’re looking for a house and need to be able to switch quickly. We quickly switched to another advisor. The coordination between Van Bruggen Adviesgroep and Adfinis also needs some improvement: things were said in a non-binding consultation at Van Bruggen that, according to Adfinis, weren't true. The email notifications of newly listed homes are very useful, and the contact via WhatsApp has - usually - been quite fast when we needed contact details from a selling agent.

First time my Piaggio had only been mine for 4 days when I was rear-ended. Through a lot of effort, much work was taken over, a great deal of work taken over by the mediator, and everything turned out well. The nicest thing is that today, because my previous one broke down, I had to get another one. Picked it up last night but it was late, so I couldn't register it yet due to the code I didn't have and wanted to do it immediately the next day. This morning I went to work assuming I could just ride. Unfortunately, I drove into a puddle of water under a viaduct on the road towards Twello, under the viaduct ambulance and everything. Apparently normally, I heard that I wasn’t insured, so I was shocked. But through a lot of effort by this company and where they joined together (I don't know the name), they managed to get the insurance to pay out my scooter damage anyway. A big warm shower for them. They would have gotten 10 stars from me. Lots of 🍀🍀🍀🍀 for these people
