Good cooperation, nice to be in contact, comes to appointments after. Small office with short lines as a result, both with the real estate agent and staff member.
The Van der Chijs real estate Plus Concept really works! The presentation/site of the property as a result of this is beautiful! Moreover, both the office and the realtor are easily accessible. There is more than enough space in the realtor's agenda for all viewings, because an exclusive (read: limited) number of clients has been chosen. The file is completely up to date, the realtor knows the property inside and out, and they think along in every phase of the sale. Truly profession...
Sonja is a top realtor and not just in words, but also in deed truly a master of her craft. Partly thanks to her, we had a quick sale with a nice result. She managed to convince us that we still needed to do something (namely, declutter) to properly present our house. We were well and carefully informed. And certainly also enjoyed the whole process!

Sonja van der Chijs has good knowledge of the local market and came up with good proposals for the pricing of our house. The process of preparing the sale and the sales process after the publication of our house went smoothly and successfully. Her Plus-concept with Home-Staging was a significant intervention in our household, but was absolutely successful for us. Photography and other presentation are of a high level.

From the beginning, I found this realtor excellent. I contacted 2 realtors. Both came with the same asking price, but van der Chijs Makelaardij was much better with comments on how to take photos, how and where exactly to place banks, chairs, and belongings. Also around the house, where trash cans to place and even in some borders special plants to place
