We were not that familiar with Deventer and its surroundings, and when we wanted to expand our search area after half a year, MIQA took all the time for us to explain the different neighborhoods of Deventer as well as the villages near Deventer. My assessment of this real estate agent is based on an experience relating to a new construction project. The allocation procedure is anything but transparent. Promises are made that are not kept, and an agreed appointment is cancelled without mercy. This concerns the biggest purchase of your life. The rules seem to change every time, this way of working is really not okay. Accurate, reliable and honest do not appear in their dictionary. The complaint has been lodged with Postma Makelaars, they have (via email) offered apologies for the lack of clarity. We no longer trust this real estate agent thanks to this very unpleasant experience.

Very bad experience as a buyer's agent. House purchased far too expensively due to incorrect information. Also had to call the selling agent ourselves. Ultimately lost a lot of money and currently have no house. Even with the current market, I can no longer sell the house that was purchased. Ultimately ended up in a severe depression. Be warned!!!
