We are very satisfied with MIQA Makelt! From the very first contact, it immediately felt familiar and personal. We were not that familiar with Deventer and its surroundings, and when we wanted to expand our search area after half a year, MIQA took all the time for us to explain the different neighborhoods of Deventer as well as the villages near Deventer. We experienced this as very pleasant and customer-friendly. Ultimately, we found our dream house in Diepenveen through MIQA. We were also excellently guided during its purchase.

My assessment of this real estate agent is based on an experience relating to a new construction project. The allocation procedure is anything but transparent. Promises are made that are not kept, and an agreed appointment is cancelled without mercy. This concerns the biggest purchase of your life. The rules seem to change every time, this way of working is really not okay. Accurate, reliable and honest do not appear in their dictionary. The complaint has been lodged with Postma Makelaars, they have (via email) offered apologies for the lack of clarity. We no longer trust this real estate agent thanks to this very unpleasant experience.

Ineke had a great deal of understanding for my brothers' 'disability' and took the necessary time for that. This was certainly done with much patience, because not everything was understood in 1 go, but patiently and calmly explaining, as often as needed, led to excellent cooperation. He is knowledgeable and can therefore provide good advice and also protect you from emotional decisions in this overheated market. We bought a gem of a house and this would never have been possible without the buyer's agent!

Very bad experience as a buyer's agent. House purchased far too expensively due to incorrect information. Also had to call the selling agent ourselves. Ultimately lost a lot of money and currently have no house. Even with the current market, I can no longer sell the house that was purchased. Ultimately ended up in a severe depression. Be warned!!!
