    After 5 months of intensive (and slightly desperate) searching, my partner and I finally found an apartment in Zwolle through Peper Makelaars, which coincidentally was also the real estate agent with whom we had the most pleasant experience from the beginning. At Peper Makelaars, you feel like they're empathizing with you, which is very nice because finding a home in 2025 can still be quite a trial. I won't mention names, but many real estate agents in Zwolle are very unsympathetic; they don't shake hands, don't ask for your name during viewings and don't bother to send an email when you didn't make it... while they're scooping up buckets of deposit money. Peper Makelaars is the opposite, they don't charge any application fees and offer friendly service as it should be, they're also easy to reach and respond promptly to questions. I can highly recommend the services of David and Tjeerd to everyone!

    I was busy with a rental property. I had been there on a Friday morning, I immediately said yes and was told that I would be called after the weekend for an appointment with the landlord. Afterwards, I wasn't called and had to call myself to find out that there were still 2 people who had registered on Friday after my departure and the landlord wanted to give everyone a fair chance. A pity but okay. Then I received a message with the answer that someone else had priority because the landlord knew the family. I find this very unfortunate as the landlord said he wanted to give everyone a fair chance. So it was not true since someone was given priority while I had been first, but it's the landlord's choice and it's her property so okay. But there would be a follow-up if I was to get an appointment or not. This follow-up never happened and the property is now removed from funda. All in all, communication with the real estate agent boertjes is very bad in my opinion.

    We were recently helped by Margadant Makelaardij for the sale of our house in Zwolle. After a pleasant welcome meeting with an attractive commission offer, we immediately chose Margadant and cancelled the other real estate agents. We have not regretted that. Despite it being vacation time, meaning we dealt with three different real estate agents, we experienced the sales guidance as pleasant. All three agents were well-informed, the handover between them went smoothly, and we received useful tips during the bidding process. Definitely recommended!

    Wij hebben de samenwerking met deze verkoopmakelaar als zeer prettig ervaren. Vanaf het eerste gesprek was er duidelijke communicatie en een professionele, maar toegankelijke aanpak. Er werd goed geluisterd naar onze wensen en we kregen eerlijk advies over de verkoopstrategie. De presentatie van de woning was verzorgd en de bezichtigingen werden goed begeleid. We werden steeds netjes op de hoogte gehouden van de voortgang, wat veel vertrouwen gaf tijdens het proces. Vragen werden snel beantwoord en er werd altijd meegedacht. Dankzij deze aanpak is de woning vlot en naar tevredenheid verkocht. Al met al een fijne ervaring en een makelaar die wij zeker zouden aanbevelen aan anderen die hun huis willen verkopen.
