Please note, this company takes legal action when you as a customer are not satisfied with their services and give them a low score. I have now received 2 letters from DAS legal assistance in which I am being aggressively and urgently requested to remove my experience with Voerman en Greve. These letters are being sent to my new address. An address that is actually only supposed to be used for transfers is now being used for legal matters. A pity, while it could be different. I will therefore not remove this review and will certainly not be intimidated. Background information: We entered into a partnership with Voerman en Greve in 2012. At first glance, it seemed good. However, we ourselves suggested to take better photos for the sale, focus on a lower asking price, etcetera. In my opinion, this was one-way traffic and not proactive from the real estate agent. Ultimately, I sold the house myself through an exchange transaction. Because Voerman en Greve were still our real estate agent, they wanted to see the full brokerage fee. That was allowed and was agreed upon anyway. However, we heard shortly before the transfer that our real estate agent would not be present but another real estate agent from Voerman en Greve. This man came in and congratulated us on purchasing the house. This was the house that we had put up for sale at the request of Voerman en Greve. This was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. During the transfer with the notary, he only wanted to know if the brokerage fee would be transferred. He quickly left afterwards without a word. Due to these points, I am of the opinion that Voerman en Greve deserves 1 star from me.
