The house was sold within 2 weeks well above the asking price. They are aware of the market and value. Pleased to be in contact and respond quickly. Ellen van der Meulen Bosma has done it really well! The photographer has made beautiful photos and takes the time to make something really nice of it. Also, the photo's are realistic (space feeling). Definitely an added value for the sale! All in all very satisfied and happy that we have chosen this real estate agent for the sale of our home...

After the appointment at our home which lasted an hour for the potential sale of the house, my partner and I both called twice for feedback and even then the feedback didn't come. #5wekengeduld Not a reliable real estate agency, appointments are not followed up.

The personal approach of Admono particularly appealed to me. We were well involved in all parts of the process. Also, questions were answered quickly. Something small, but nice: the 'For Sale' sign didn't have to stay up any longer than necessary. Admono was both our selling and buying agent and did a great job with both. I would hire them again.

I would have preferred not to buy our house through Admono. It seems fine initially but as soon as you need the office they are incredibly sloppy. They don't provide you with any service whatsoever. The communication is bordering on rude. They don't think along with you and dismiss matters, they don't act in the other person’s interest. I will not recommend this office to anyone!
