13 Mar 2025Na een lange zoektocht uiteindelijk Wilfred ingeschakeld als aankoopmakelaar, door hem is het nu gelukt en heb ik nu m'n eigen koopwoning. Als je vragen hebt kun je hem altijd bereiken, geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit.

10 Mar 2025Opgewekt, deskundig, neemt de tijd voor je en is altijd bereikbaar! Ik heb de zoektocht naar mijn eerste koopwoning als zeer positief ervaren, mede dankzij de inzet van Wilfred! Hij neemt de tijd voor je, geeft kundig advies, legt alles prima uit. Vanaf het eerste kennismakingsgesprek tot het laatste gesprek bij de notaris en ook daarna nog, Wilfred begeleid je in het hele proces en dat is erg prettig! Ik raad deze makelaar zeker aan!

17 Feb 2025Mijn man en ik hadden het genoegen om met Lisette Van Tilburg samen te werken als onze makelaar voor onze recente aankoop van een huis. We kwamen naar Lisette met een moeilijke situatie: we hadden zo snel mogelijk een huis nodig omdat ons huurcontract over twee maanden afliep en we daarna nergens heen konden. Lisette was eerlijk tegen ons dat het een hele klus zou worden, vooral gezien de gekke huizenmarkt in Amsterdam, maar uiteindelijk heeft ze meer dan waargemaakt. Gedurende het hele huizenkoopproces heeft ze ons vakkundig begeleid bij bezichtigingen, het beoordelen van eigendommen en uiteindelijk het uitbrengen van een bod en de sluiting. Als starters op de huizenkoper en ook expats, hadden we veel vragen en Lisette was altijd blij en bereid om te antwoorden. We waardeerden vooral haar snelle communicatie. We hadden ook het gevoel dat ze altijd het beste met ons voor had en dat ze nooit onder druk werd gezet om aanbiedingen te doen die voor ons niet logisch waren. Uiteindelijk werd ons eerste bod na een beetje heen en weer met de verkoper geaccepteerd en zijn we binnen iets minder dan 7 weken na ons eerste gesprek met Lisette GESLOTEN voor de perfecte starterswoning voor ons. Dit ondanks een hapering met onze hypotheekverstrekker, waar zij ook als echte professional doorheen genavigeerd heeft. Voor wat het waard is: ons huis werd ook hoger gewaardeerd dan we betaalden, dus het feit dat we direct overwaarde hadden, gaf ons het gevoel dat we veel hadden gescoord. We zijn nog steeds vol ongeloof dat ze deze huisaankoop zo snel heeft kunnen realiseren en zijn zo dankbaar voor haar expertise die ons daarbij heeft begeleid. Sterk aanbevelen!

17 Jan 2025Vanuit Canada zijn wij onlangs weer verhuisd naar NL. We zijn vaak kritisch op dienstverleners, maar Wilfred heeft ons werkelijk meer dan uitstekend geholpen. Eerst bij het vinden van een tijdelijke huurwoning en nadien bij de zoektocht naar een nieuwe koopwoning. Wilfred doet meer dan een stapje extra voor zijn klanten. Zeg maar rustig tien stappen extra. Kennis van zaken en ook nog eens een toffe vent!

Hij leest belangrijke stukken van bijvoorbeeld de VVE goed door, zodat er een waardig bod gedaan kan worden en attendeert je op het hernieuwen van je energielabel, zodat je wellicht meer kan lenen. 07 Mar 2020Doet een bezoek voor bedrijfsontoerend goed. Weinig enthousiaste meneer maar hij zou met een voorstel komem. Laat vervolgens niks meer van zich horen, belt steeds niet terug, zegt potentiële koper dat 'ie van niks weet en laat na maanden weten geen zin in de klus te hebben. Stuurt wel een rekening, maar waarvoor? Hoe heb je het lef? Een bos bloemen en excuses waren beter op hun plek geweest. Gelukkig een betere makelaar gevonden die wel afspraken nakkmt maar door Boelens Jorritsma wel maanden achterop. Kortom: afrader.

Dit was zeer goed voorbereid en aan einde gesprek was alles duidelijk en konden we gelijk aan de slag. Tijdens koopproces steeds goed op de hoogte gehouden via app groep met naast de makelaar zelf ook gelijk andere medewerkers leren kennen. Kortom alles goed geregeld en keurig afgehandeld.

26 Mar 2024Linda van Hup & Fidom makelaars heeft voor ons met volle tevredenheid onze woning verkocht. Alles is zeer vlot en vlekkeloos verlopen. Het grootste pluspunt is het feit dat je gewoon informeel "WhatsApp contact" kunt hebben. Zelfs in de avonduren wanneer het makelaarskantoor al lang gesloten is, maar toch met een brandende vraag op de bank zit... kun je in de meeste gevallen een uur later een reactie van haar verwachten. Hup & Fidom makelaars voelt eerder als een goede vriend/vriendin met wie je af en toe "appt" en toevallig je woning verkoopt. In plaats van zo'n stugge ouderwetse makelaar.
