Het familiebedrijf is nergens mee te vergelijken en de dienstverlening was zo verrassend vakkundig en persoonlijk! WAUW! Het verkopen van een woning is tegenwoordig complexer dan men wellicht zou verwachten, en het is van onschatbare waarde om een ervaren professional aan uw zijde te hebben. Wat mij met name opviel, was de vasthoudendheid en duidelijke communicatie bij het nemen van beslissingen. Het proces verliep volgens een gestructureerd plan met duidelijke prioriteiten, wat niet ongebruikelijk is binnen de makelaardij, maar de strakke controle viel mij op. De betrokkenheid bleek ook uit het contact naar aanleiding van mijn terugkoppeling. Hoewel de timing vanuit mijn perspectief soms wat te hoog gegrepen was en enigszins ambigu, stonden zij letterlijk onmiddellijk en altijd direct voor mij klaar. I was busy with a rental property. I had been there on a Friday morning, I immediately said yes and was told that I would be called after the weekend for an appointment with the landlord. Afterwards, I wasn't called and had to call myself to find out that there were still 2 people who had registered on Friday after my departure and the landlord wanted to give everyone a fair chance. A pity but okay. Then I received a message with the answer that someone else had priority because the landlord knew the family. I find this very unfortunate as the landlord said he wanted to give everyone a fair chance. So it was not true since someone was given priority while I had been first, but it's the landlord's choice and it's her property so okay. But there would be a follow-up if I was to get an appointment or not. This follow-up never happened and the property is now removed from funda. All in all, communication with the real estate agent boertjes is very bad in my opinion.
