Een fijne studio, de muren zijn wel wat dun, maar over het algemeen is het een erg mooie en nette studio. De locatie is prachtig. De service is erg goed, ze reageren direct en helpen meteen! Mijn sleutel was kapot en ze hebben dezelfde dag nog een nieuw slot geplaatst. Ik zou dit bedrijf zeker aanbevelen.

What a fantastic apartment we rented from Sleeping Beauties, a real recommendation if you want to stay in the city center of Utrecht. Everything was perfectly arranged, beautifully decorated, everything you could need. The team is very friendly and they also respond quickly to questions. I lived in their apartment in Watertoren for two months because I thought it would be a unique experience (which it was). Although it is not in the city center, it is only an 8-minute bike ride to Utrecht Centraal. It is also an 8-minute walk to a nearby train station. I believe there is also a bus stop right across from it, but since the road was under construction at the time, I did not manage to try it out. AH is right across and there is a beautiful park in the vicinity. This place too is unique. The interior is beautifully designed and very spacious with high ceilings. With windows all around, it was also bright (at least when the sun shines). The service was good as well, but I did not need to contact them often since everything worked perfectly during my stay.

From the ease of booking to communication and finally placing our bags in our rented apartments: every step with Sleeping Beauties went smoothly, pleasantly and exceeded expectations. We have stayed in two different locations and both were fantastic. From the modern, elegant and comfortable furnishings to the fully thought-out facilities and personal touches, we would gladly stay in both accommodations again. In fact, we might rather explore other locations in their portfolio, since our colleague (who has also stayed in two other apartments) is lyrical about her accommodations. In short, Sleeping Beauties has that rare trilogy where service, quality and product come together for a flawless and seamless experience. We would wholeheartedly recommend them for all accommodation needs in the Utrecht region... and would only wish that they expand to other regions to make travels/arrivals even more pleasant.

Het management van Sleeping Beauties was zeer professioneel en reageerde snel. Toen we bijvoorbeeld belden om te zeggen dat er geen kledinghangers in het appartement waren, brachten ze binnen een paar uur een ruime voorraad. The latter can be interpreted in two ways and for clarification; this was very positive. Sleeping Beauties took care of us during the bidding/purchase process and also at the time of the transfer of ownership. We enjoyed a fantastic stay in the heart of Utrecht! Apartment no. of the Domtoren was our accommodation for more than a month! It was a beautiful historic apartment with everything you need. Although you are right in the middle of Utrecht, near the Domtoren, the apartment complexes can be noisy, so we had no trouble relaxing and sleeping. Thank you for welcoming us!

Our experience with Sleeping Beauties was excellent. The apartment we rented was well-maintained and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. All problems or questions we had were resolved immediately. Due to the tight rental market, we asked for a one-month extension of our rental period. When we found a long-term apartment faster than expected, we got our money back immediately, after the notice period. These are hefty moving costs, but it really offered the best aspects of a hotel - facilities, amenities, cleaning service, combined with the best aspects of an AirBnB - the possibility to register with a host family, a full kitchen and privacy. This was the best option for our family of three and we highly recommend their services.
