After termination of the employment contract, it is no longer possible to meet the enormous monthly expenses. Buying a house with a mortgage is in fact renting a house from the bank. What a fantastic apartment we rented from Sleeping Beauties, a real recommendation if you want to stay in the city center of Utrecht. Everything was perfectly arranged, beautifully decorated, everything you could need. The team is very friendly and they also respond quickly to questions. Ik verbleef twee maanden in hun appartement in de watertoren, omdat ik dacht dat het een unieke ervaring zou zijn (en dat was het ook). Hoewel het niet in het centrum ligt, is het slechts 8 minuten fietsen naar Utrecht Centraal. Een treinstation is ook op 8 minuten loopafstand. Ik geloof dat er ook een bushalte recht voor de deur is, maar omdat de weg op dat moment in aanbouw was, heb ik die niet kunnen uitproberen. AH ligt er recht tegenover en er is een mooi park in de buurt. Nogmaals, de plek is uniek. Het interieur is mooi ontworpen en zeer ruim met een hoog plafond. Door de ramen rondom was het ook licht (tenminste als de zon scheen). De service was ook goed, hoewel ik niet vaak contact hoefde op te nemen, want alles werkte prima tijdens mijn verblijf.

We have stayed in two different locations and both were fantastic. From the modern, elegant and comfortable furnishings to the fully thought-out facilities and personal touches, we would gladly stay in both accommodations again. In fact, we might rather explore other locations in their portfolio, since our colleague (who has also stayed in two other apartments) is lyrical about her accommodations. Het management van Sleeping Beauties was zeer professioneel en reageerde snel. Toen we bijvoorbeeld belden om te zeggen dat er geen kledinghangers in het appartement waren, brachten ze binnen een paar uur een ruime voorraad. The purchase of our new house in Utrecht with purchasing broker and advisor Sleeping Beauties went very well, but also very quickly. The latter can be interpreted in two ways and for clarification; this was very positive. Sleeping Beauties took care of us during the bidding/purchase process and also at the time of the transfer of ownership. We enjoyed a fantastic stay in the heart of Utrecht! Apartment no. of the Domtoren was our accommodation for more than a month! It was a beautiful historic apartment with everything you need. Although you are right in the middle of Utrecht, near the Domtoren, the apartment complexes can be noisy, so we had no trouble relaxing and sleeping. Thank you for welcoming us!

Alle problemen en vragen die we hadden, werden volledig beantwoord. Vanwege de krappe huurmarkt vroegen we om onze huurperiode met een maand te verlengen. Toen we vervolgens sneller dan verwacht een andere woning voor de lange termijn vonden, kregen we het geld prompt terug, zoals afgesproken. Dit is een aanzienlijke kostenpost bij een verhuizing, maar het was echt de beste van een hotel - voorzieningen, nutsvoorzieningen, schoonmaakservice - gecombineerd met de beste van een Airbnb - de mogelijkheid om je te registreren bij Gementee, een complete keuken en privacy. Dit was de beste optie voor ons gezin van drie en we bevelen hun diensten van harte aan.
