The park, by refusing to cooperate, has put me as a seller in the weakest position.

06 Feb 2022Mr. van de Bor rents out rooms in multiple buildings in Nijkerk which are in deplorable condition. Dirty and filthy. Mold growth, which is throughout the entire property and bad for health. The lack of smoke detectors in each room. Leaks along window frames and doors. Exposed electrical wires near the shower and washing machine. Defective hinges and locks. Deferred maintenance. At the beginning of the rental period, no acceptance report is drawn up. Mr. van de Bor does expect key money to be on his account immediately upon moving into the property. However, this is prohibited according to Dutch law under Article 7:264 BW. This law was created to protect tenants from abuse in the tight housing market by landlords. At the end of the rental period, no inspection report is drawn up, with mutual consent, and a term within which the tenant can remedy any defects. Mr. van de Bor does not pay back the key money, or partially does not pay it back, for improper reasons and with all sorts of fallacies, thereby creating a nice profit model. He hides behind the fact that it is not rented from a broker van de Bor but from Mr. van de Bor. However, this concerns one and the same person. After repeated email exchanges, a registered letter and a telephone contact, Mr. van de Bor refuses to fulfill his financial obligations.

07 Feb 2025Unfortunately, no positive experience with this broker. In a completely chaotic market, they seem eager to add fuel to the fire. We had contact three times regarding the purchase of a property. During these contacts, it was repeatedly stated that we 'would have to overbid' and that we 'should consider' the asking price as a starting price. When many people are interested in a property and hear this message multiple times, you naturally know what will happen. A sad state of affairs.

The contact with every employee was not only professional, but also extremely friendly and personalized. They put themselves in your shoes and think with you about solutions. As for the tax valuation, this could be scheduled quickly and we received the detailed report the same day! This has helped us a lot to get everything started quickly. Thick 10 for this office.

The communication was pleasant and there were short lines. There was time and space to reach out in between and have questions answered. I would definitely recommend them!! The entire sales process went according to plan, without surprises or uncertainties. The agent advised us well on the correct selling price and a smart sales strategy, which gave us great confidence in the process. The marketing was also neat and well-organized, presenting our house in an attractive way. What we really appreciated was the quick feedback: questions were answered quickly and we were always kept well informed of the progress. In addition, all staff were friendly and helpful, making the collaboration pleasant and smooth. After listing on Funda, the house sold in 13 days. In the meantime, everything was arranged at high speed (from an interior stylist to the photos, placing a for sale sign and creating the brochure. Amazing how quickly, efficiently and pleasantly we cooperate as sellers with the real estate agents and office of Drenth! Always quick response and everything was taken care of perfectly for us.
