Mr. van de Bor does not pay back the key money, or partially does not pay it back, for improper reasons and with all sorts of fallacies, thereby creating a nice profit model. He hides behind the fact that it is not rented from a broker van de Bor but from Mr. van de Bor. However, this concerns one and the same person. After repeated email exchanges, a registered letter and a telephone contact, Mr. van de Bor refuses to fulfill his financial obligations.

Tijdens het verkoopproces hadden wij contact middels een groepsapp. Dit werkte snel en efficiënt. Wij vonden dit prettig en gaf ook een ietwat meer informeel karakter. Wij zouden geen verbeterpunten weten.

Vanaf minuut 1 hadden wij een goed gevoel bij dit team. En wat is dit gevoel bevestigd! We hadden ons werkelijk geen betere aankoopmakelaar kunnen wensen. De aanpak is ontzettend persoonlijk en was echt gericht op het vinden van ons droomhuis. Wij hebben ons alles behalve een nummertje gevoeld. Ze zijn heel flexibel en kunnen snel schakelen.
