03 Sep 2024alles verliep via mail en telefoon omwille vd afstand; Goed opgelost Op het laatste ondervond ik toch de nadelen van online (kleine discussie 1000 euro) maar als u er fysiek niet bent kan u niet argumenteren onder de woorden 'voor minder gaan ze niet tekenen' terwijl ze met alles als kopers akkoord waren. Het park heeft door niet te willen meewerken mij als verkoper in de zwakste positie gezet

Nee, ja is ja, nee is nee en geeft gewoon repliek als je op hem z'n vakgebied kom, dus een makelaar die zijn ding doet waar hij goed in is, nou ken d'r veel maar weinig die ik zonder blikken of blozen vertrouw ook al zou ik 't liever anders zien, ieder z, 'n vakgebied en daarin is het een hele goeie maar vooral betrouwbaar, dat kun je niet over veel van zijn collega, 's zeggen

17 Mar 2025Bij een bezichting deze verkopend makelaar ervaren. Geen enkele belangstelling voor ons als koper, bagatiliserend over de staat en gebreken van het huis. Pas ter plekke openheid over heel korte termijn voor een verkoop bij bieding. Biedingen moeten worden gedaan doen in een portaal waar geen enkele documentatie beschikbaar is, en zonder dat de vereiste documentatie op andere manier beschikbaar wordt gesteld. Verstrekt minimale informatie en beperkt de mogelijkheden voor een koper om te voldoen aan zijn onderzoeksplicht. Bevestiging van alle vooroordelen over makelaars. Risicofactor voor zowel de koper als de verkoper.

John & Ivar kennen hun vak en mijn woning was binnen een week verkocht voor een bedrag dat duidelijk hoger lag dan ik verwacht had. Over fifteen years ago, I first became acquainted with Sander van Drenth Makelaars when purchasing my apartment for the TV program 'My First Home', which was already an incredibly positive experience. Now, fifteen years later, I have bought a new house through the closely collaborating team of Drenth makelaars (Sander, Tom, Ellen and Sanne) and subsequently sold my own starter apartment in just two weeks. There is excellent internal collaboration where things are quickly processed and everyone within the team is always up-to-date on the latest developments. 18 Mar 2025We found out in early January that our rental contract would not be extended. So there was quite some urgency behind our house search. During a viewing, we met Wilco from 9+ Makelaars. We found him very knowledgeable and someone with a lot of experience. Therefore, we quickly scheduled an appointment ourselves with 9+ Makelaars. After this conversation, we were very enthusiastic and we had great confidence that we could find a house on time. At one point, we came across our dream apartment. 9+ took immediate action and gave us advice on the bid we should make. Afterwards, Wilco conducted the negotiations for us, and much faster than planned, we already heard that our offer was accepted. We were of course incredibly happy about that. 9+ continued to guide us well during the purchase process. Since this is our first home purchase, we had no experience with how everything worked. We could always turn to 9+ Makelaars with our questions. That was a very pleasant experience. January 29th we had our first meeting with 9+ Makelaars, and 21 days later we already signed our purchase contract. For us, this is a real estate agent that we highly recommend if you want to have the purchase of a house well organized!
