No, yes is yes, no is no and simply responds when you come onto his area of expertise, so a realtor who does his thing where he's good at it, now I know many but few that I would trust without hesitation even if I’d prefer to see it differently, everyone has their field and in that he is very good but above all reliable, you can't say that about many of his colleagues.

From the initial consultation to the handling, you work with a very accessible and expert duo, Michel Wels and Liam de Bruin. Clear agreements are made but there is also ample room for your own ideas and wishes. Communication runs smoothly and a trusting relationship quickly develops. Because the sale took a little longer, it was nice to feel space to think along, give feedback and the adjustments to the approach were well received. At the last minute, I did experience the disadvantages of online (small discussion 1000 euro) but if you are not physically present, you cannot argue under the words 'they won't sign for less' while they agreed with everything as buyers. The park, by refusing to cooperate, has put me as a seller in the weakest position.

Only on site openness about very short-term deadlines for a sale by bidding. Bids must be placed in a portal where no documentation is available, and without the required documentation being made available in any other way. Provides minimal information and limits the possibilities for a buyer to comply with his duty of investigation. Confirmation of all prejudices about brokers. Risk factor for both the buyer and the seller.

After listing on Funda, the house sold in 13 days. In the meantime, everything was arranged at high speed (from an interior stylist to the photos, placing a for sale sign and creating the brochure. Amazing how quickly, efficiently and pleasantly we cooperate as sellers with the real estate agents and office of Drenth! Always quick response and everything was taken care of perfectly for us. Nothing but praise!

The marketing package was a nice addition and with good tips, the house was restyled a bit, which certainly improved the presentation. In the follow up, I do expect more contact and when the reconsideration period expired, I would have expected a moment of contact to 'celebrate' the final sale. Otherwise, a good real estate agent with corresponding back office.

Barry knows the local housing market well and also knows the real estate agents. We come from a different region, and it took a while before we found the right property.
