The property was sold within 1.5 weeks after being listed on funda for an amount I wouldn't have dared to hope for. Egbert deed de waardebepaling van het te verkopen appartement en Mariëlle deed de bezichtigingen en onderhandelingen. Ik werd goed op de hoogte gehouden en er was overleg waar nodig. Ook zeer tevreden over Kirsten, die werkzaam is als secretaresse op kantoor, die altijd de tijd nam voor eventuele vragen of toelichtingen. Kortom: een zéér door mij aanbevolen makelaarskantoor!

18 Mar 2025We found out in early January that our rental contract would not be extended. So there was quite some urgency behind our house search. During a viewing, we met Wilco from 9+ Makelaars. We found him very knowledgeable and someone with a lot of experience. Therefore, we quickly scheduled an appointment ourselves with 9+ Makelaars. After this conversation, we were very enthusiastic and we had great confidence that we could find a house on time. At one point, we came across our dream apartment. 9+ took immediate action and gave us advice on the bid we should make. Afterwards, Wilco conducted the negotiations for us, and much faster than planned, we already heard that our offer was accepted. We were of course incredibly happy about that. 9+ continued to guide us well during the purchase process. Since this is our first home purchase, we had no experience with how everything worked. We could always turn to 9+ Makelaars with our questions. That was a very pleasant experience. January 29th we had our first meeting with 9+ Makelaars, and 21 days later we already signed our purchase contract. For us, this is a real estate agent that we highly recommend if you want to have the purchase of a house well organized!

18 Mar 2025Wilco and Imro are very accessible, understand the matter at hand, and are very pleasant to deal with. I had already found a property myself before entering into a collaboration with them. They helped tremendously with the negotiation, which resulted in success with the first house right away! And that even though the property is not within their working area. They really think along with you, communicate very clearly, and ultimately achieve a good price. I recommend Negenplus to everyone!

The initial meeting with Wilco was very fresh and clarifying so that you are well informed about the process beforehand. After all the viewings we had for our house, we received fantastic feedback. The entire support from the team of 9+ Real Estate Agents was also fantastic. What we also found very pleasant is that the accessibility via telephone, email etc. is really very good. If we had a question, we could send an app and immediately get answers to our questions super! The care of photos and tips from the stylist that 9+ has in-house are excellent, as is the overall presentation of the house on Funda. We definitely recommend 9+ Real Estate Agent because it is a good fresh and very dynamic team and can respond well to the market! The agent could come for an initial consultation soon, which I really appreciated. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. I always received quick answers and received a clear list of required information and documents. Adjustments to the concept of the brochure were also arranged quickly. The real estate agent was well informed about the local market and came with a clear report on the interest in the type of property and other relevant information. This gave me great confidence in the pricing and sales strategy. The presentation of my home was also excellent. The brochure and photos were very neat and professionally done, presenting my home in the best possible way to potential buyers. I would therefore like to compliment the real estate agent for the work performed. All in all a very positive experience!

Het begon met een zeer fijn waardebepalings-gesprek, waarin al bleek dat men zich had verdiept in mijn woning, de huidige marktsituatie en met een gedetailleerde en goed onderbouwde verkoopstrategie kwam. Die heeft prima gewerkt! Daarna was er altijd goede begeleiding en direct terugkoppeling na een bezichtiging. Ook bij de hele formulieren rompslomp tot en met de overdracht bij de notaris, heb ik hun begeleiding en het contact als hartelijk, vakkundig en compleet ervaren.

18 Feb 2025With Visie, sales went smoothly. The photos were very beautiful! However, creating the floor plans was a bit more difficult but ultimately everything was displayed correctly. Via Move you can fill in everything and beautifully capture it all. The communication was also very pleasant. Jasper and Ard provided a summary of the viewings every day. If we had any questions, they responded quickly. During the bidding process, the lines were short and clear. In short, a good collaboration.

I never worried for a moment that this wouldn't be successful due to the introduction and explanation of the working method/course of the sale beforehand. Ard knows a lot about the market and as far as I’m concerned, a very good real estate agent! His colleagues at the office ensure that everything runs smoothly and that you don’t have to worry about anything. I would choose Visie Makelaardij again next time!
