There, she conveyed all the information well and her friendly and persuasive personality appealed to me very much. Within a day, Brigitte already came by and two days later my apartment was already on funda with beautiful photos and a video. Viewings could be scheduled quickly. The end result? The property was sold within 1.5 weeks after being listed on funda for an amount I wouldn't have dared to hope for. I want to recommend Brigitte with 5 stars, she is truly a breath of fresh air, communicates super clearly and quickly, and you can feel that she really wants to work for you and the sale of your house. 15 Aug 2025With Vlaming Real Estate you can't go wrong. Sjoerd and his team do what they say and do everything to ease your worries. We have two young children and didn't want to be at home during the sale. Therefore, we were kept informed from the other side of the world and our house was sold during our vacation, without the stress you would normally expect. Sjoerd and Willeke were enormously helpful in viewing all the houses, providing tips and advice on making an offer. Throughout the entire search, they have been very empathetic and involved. They stood ready for us at all times, together with Timo and Matthijs, to answer our questions, however big or small! From the first moment on, we as a family had full confidence in this office and that proved to be justified. The property had to be sold as a result of the owner's dementia and unfortunately passed away before the final transfer at the notary's office. After listing on Funda, the house sold in 13 days. In the meantime, everything was arranged at high speed (from an interior stylist to the photos, placing a for sale sign and creating the brochure. The marketing package was a nice addition and with good tips, the house was restyled a bit, which certainly improved the presentation. In the follow up, I do expect more contact and when the reconsideration period expired, I would have expected a moment of contact to 'celebrate' the final sale. Otherwise, a good real estate agent with corresponding back office.

Barry knows the local housing market well and also knows the real estate agents. We come from a different region, and it took a while before we found the right property. He had all the patience and was able to get a good idea of our living wishes. He also guided the process between bid and transfer well. We have experienced a lot of useful help from Barry. We still live here with great pleasure and enjoy our beautiful home and pleasant neighborhood every day.
