How can you ever make an offer on a house in less than 24 hours time based on a viewing of just under 10 minutes? I think the real estate agent should have informed me about this beforehand. This feels like a waste of time to me. If I were to come across another property from this agent that I'm curious about, I would first ask how much time I get for the viewing and how much time I get to make an offer. That prevents me from taking time off work, going somewhere where afterwards I can't do anything with it.
