We have two young children and didn't want to be at home during the sale. From the first moment on, we as a family had full confidence in this office and that proved to be justified. The real estate agent turned out to be unable to sell our house. Eventually switched to Entree Realtors. Unlike the previous realtor, Jan really put in effort to sell the house. Within a week it was settled. There were even multiple interested parties. Coincidence, we don’t think so. Jan was enthusiastic about our house and we believe that this partly contributed to the fact that our house sold quickly with this realtor. Jan and Susan, thank you for everything.

There, she conveyed all the information well and her friendly and persuasive personality appealed to me very much. Within a day, Brigitte already came by and two days later my apartment was already on funda with beautiful photos and a video. Viewings could be scheduled quickly. The end result? The property was sold within 1.5 weeks after being listed on funda for an amount I wouldn't have dared to hope for. I want to recommend Brigitte with 5 stars, she is truly a breath of fresh air, communicates super clearly and quickly, and you can feel that she really wants to work for you and the sale of your house. Highly recommended!

After the drawing of lots was supposed to take place, an unannounced second drawing took place where additional documents had to be submitted, while I was requesting these from my current landlord, I spontaneously received 'Too late for submission' and they proceeded with another candidate.
