Over fifteen years ago, I first became acquainted with Sander van Drenth Makelaars when purchasing my apartment for the TV program 'My First Home', which was already an incredibly positive experience. Now, fifteen years later, I have bought a new house through the closely collaborating team of Drenth makelaars (Sander, Tom, Ellen and Sanne) and subsequently sold my own starter apartment in just two weeks. There is excellent internal collaboration where things are quickly processed and everyone within the team is always up-to-date on the latest developments. Even when one of the brokers happens to have a vacation planned and I want to make an offer precisely during that period, the other broker seamlessly takes over and competently assists me further. In short: more than satisfied.

We found him very knowledgeable and someone with a lot of experience. Therefore, we quickly scheduled an appointment ourselves with 9+ Makelaars. After this conversation, we were very enthusiastic and we had great confidence that we could find a house on time. At one point, we came across our dream apartment. 9+ took immediate action and gave us advice on the bid we should make. Afterwards, Wilco conducted the negotiations for us, and much faster than planned, we already heard that our offer was accepted. We were of course incredibly happy about that. 9+ continued to guide us well during the purchase process. Since this is our first home purchase, we had no experience with how everything worked. We could always turn to 9+ Makelaars with our questions. That was a very pleasant experience. January 29th we had our first meeting with 9+ Makelaars, and 21 days later we already signed our purchase contract. For us, this is a real estate agent that we highly recommend if you want to have the purchase of a house well organized!

Dank voor de mooie woorden, Eugene en Karin! Wat begon met een verkoopgesprek tijdens het ontbijt om 7:30 uur 's ochtends, werd vervolgd met bezichtigingen tijdens jullie vakantie. We zijn ontzettend blij voor jullie dat de verkoop zo spoedig verlopen is (wij houden er immers van het ijzer te smeden als het heet is) en eindigt met blije verkopers en kopers! Dat maakt ons werk zo leuk, waardoor we inderdaad gewend zijn wat stapjes harder te lopen. Aan afremmen doen we niet, haha!…

Rustig, terughoudend, vriendelijk, met een goed oog voor mensen en wie wat nodig heeft en evenzo voor de schoonheid en waarde van ons huis. Alle benodigde hulp en gevraagde informatie kwam snel (wellicht soms wat kort en zakelijk, zodat we moesten navragen, maar dat voorkomt ook een teveel aan informatie vermoedelijk). En de verkoopprijs was heel goed, niet onbelangrijk 😉. Een echte aanrader!
