Herwin was honest, friendly and explained everything clearly and patiently during the tour. He also explained some things that we didn't understand in 'Jip and Janneke' language, luckily. Also the contact is great!! There is always someone to reach and they respond/take action quickly too. As soon as the door opens you can already hear Thalia greeting you warmly, such a warm feeling. Over fifteen years ago, I first became acquainted with Sander van Drenth Makelaars when purchasing my apartment for the TV program 'My First Home', which was already an incredibly positive experience. Now, fifteen years later, I have bought a new house through the closely collaborating team of Drenth makelaars (Sander, Tom, Ellen and Sanne) and subsequently sold my own starter apartment in just two weeks. There is excellent internal collaboration where things are quickly processed and everyone within the team is always up-to-date on the latest developments. Even when one of the brokers happens to have a vacation planned and I want to make an offer precisely during that period, the other broker seamlessly takes over and competently assists me further. In short: more than satisfied.

04 Jul 2025I had to think about this for a long time but still wanted to share it. I had a viewing for a house in Kattenbroek a few months ago, which was a pleasant experience in itself. It was just a bidding sale that, as far as I know, would close on Friday or Monday around 12 o'clock. My purchasing broker then submitted our bid a few minutes before the deadline. Then we were called that evening with the story that the property had actually been promised to someone else by the sellers but that I still had the highest bid. Then came the question of whether my offer was also without a financing condition. I indicated that it was. Eventually, however, the house went to the party to whom it had initially been promised by the seller. My suspicion, and why this feels bitter to me, is that my bid was passed on to the initial party and they got another chance to match it so that the sellers could get an even better deal and also keep their promises. Otherwise, I can't explain such a phone call. Furthermore, the highest bid is simply the highest bid when it works with registration. If the latter is not correct and there is a completely different explanation, I would like to hear it here, but I don’t think I can close this properly because it has been a very disappointing experience...

05 Apr 2025We found out in early January that our rental contract would not be extended. So there was quite some urgency behind our house search. During a viewing, we met Wilco from 9+ Makelaars. We found him very knowledgeable and someone with a lot of experience. Therefore, we quickly scheduled an appointment ourselves with 9+ Makelaars. After this conversation, we were very enthusiastic and we had great confidence that we could find a house on time. At one point, we came across our dream apartment. 9+ took immediate action and gave us advice on the bid we should make. Afterwards, Wilco conducted the negotiations for us, and much faster than planned, we already heard that our offer was accepted. We were of course incredibly happy about that. 9+ continued to guide us well during the purchase process. Since this is our first home purchase, we had no experience with how everything worked. We could always turn to 9+ Makelaars with our questions. That was a very pleasant experience. January 29th we had our first meeting with 9+ Makelaars, and 21 days later we already signed our purchase contract. For us, this is a real estate agent that we highly recommend if you want to have the purchase of a house well organized!

I could always turn to them with questions about the forms. There was consultation about the scheduled viewings with an evaluation afterwards. The property was always closed up neatly again. And luckily, the real estate agent is a better negotiator than me. I can recommend this real estate agent to everyone.
