Allereerst spijtig om deze reactie te zien echter voor ons bent u, als klant, totaal onbekend helaas. Gezien uw nogal bijzondere, anonieme reactie kunnen wij uw klacht helaas ook niet herleiden. Zoals u vermoedelijk niet weet is dat elke makelaar partijdig is aangezien deze altijd 1 opdrachtgever heeft. Uw constatering is dan ook juist dat een makelaar partijdig is echter dit is een open deur die wordt ingetrapt. Wij staan echter altijd voor een open en eerlijke communicatie naar alle betrokken partijen! Voor alle duidelijkheid, voor degene die deze recensie leest, uit onderzoek is gebleken dat er recensies door zgn. "collega"- makelaars worden geplaatst om concurrenten het leven zuur te maken. Wij zijn hier reeds eerder mee geconfronteerd. Het is niet anders in het digitale tijdperk maar wij gaan niet mee in deze gekte en zullen elke serieuze klacht, die niet anoniem wordt ingediend, zeker ter harte nemen! Mocht u zo "dapper" zijn uw grieven niet anoniem maar persoonlijk aan mij te willen melden dan verneem ik dat graag van u. Geachte heer Duursma, Gisteren heeft u ons helaas 1 ster beoordeling gegeven via Google. U bent bij ons niet bekend als klant anders had ik bij deze telefonisch contact met u opgenomen. Mocht er iets voorgevallen zijn of dat er een probleem is hoor ik dat graag van u! Geachte heer de Jonge, Tot mijn spijt zag ik uw reactie, nu eens niet via uw advocaat maar via Google, omtrent een onderhandeling welke wij niet tot een succesvol eind hebben kunnen maken. In deze heb ik begrip voor uw frustratie en de teleurstelling omtrent het feit dat u niet de nieuwe eigenaar wordt van het door u, naar nu blijkt, zo fel begeerde object. Het begrip voor uw reactie, jegens zowel onze cliënt als ons kantoor, ontbreekt echter volledig. Nadat u en uw jurist mijn cliënt hebben lastiggevallen met een onterechte claim begrijp ik dat dit de volgende stap is in het proces? U zult begrijpen dat wij ons ook voor hebben laten lichten in deze waarbij er klip en klaar boven tafel kwam dat onze cliënt volledig in zijn recht stond te handelen zoals er is gehandeld. Sterker nog, onze cliënt heeft zich op het standpunt gesteld u hun huis niet eens meer te willen gunnen waardoor er in zijn geheel geen deal tot stand zou gaan komen. De smerige spelletjes, waar u ons kantoor van beschuldigd, zijn ons dan ook gelukkig vreemd. Het spijt ons te moeten zien dat u geen andere kans heeft gezien dan op deze manier te reageren. Wij zullen op deze manier inhoudelijk ook niet verder reageren op enigerlei reactie van uw kant. Wij willen u en uw gezin succes wensen met de zoektocht naar een geschikte woning en met de verkoop van uw huis.
