We were interested in a property and contacted you to arrange a viewing. Unfortunately, during the phone call, we were primarily approached with information about mortgages, while at that moment we only wanted to schedule a viewing. We also got the impression that little effort was made to speak to us kindly. This did not feel customer-focused to us, and therefore we have decided to forgo further steps. A shame, because we were seriously interested.

In the past 5 years, I have visited several homes in Germany that were offered through Oost real estate agency. Always a neat explanation, patience, open and honest advice. Ultimately, this year it was possible to find a suitable home via Oost real estate agency, and then the house was purchased, and that's not where it ends, because the support is great, even after the purchase! This is what you need as a buyer of a house in Germany. And it really is lovely living here. Actually, 6 stars are deserved, but only 5 can be given... Claudia and Marc Oost, thank you!
