Maar het verschil met Bieden en Wonen is enorm. Vanaf het eerste gesprek voelde het professioneel, eerlijk en transparant. De aankoop van onze woning hebben we geregeld via Bram Jakobs en dat was echt een top ervaring. Daarnaast hebben we bij zijn collega ook direct de hypotheek geregeld, waardoor alles onder één dak zat. Korte lijnen, snel schakelen en totale ontzorging. En om het helemaal af te maken sloten we het traject gewoon af met een lunch samen. Waar kom je dat nou nog tegen? 😄 Echt een topmakelaar en absoluut een aanrader! 👌

I had made an appointment beforehand, but after seeing the location of the house on Google Maps, I decided to cancel. I got Bram on the line. Although I initially had doubts about whether it would be handy to have a real estate agent from Emmen sell a house in Leiderdorp, the feeling about Bram was good and it turned out that the distance was no problem at all. I admired how hard and in a good mood Bram always worked, and patiently (as it should be) went into all our questions, reassured us when needed, and provided the information we needed.
