I had made an appointment beforehand, but after seeing the location of the house on Google Maps, I decided to cancel. I got Bram on the line. He listened to the story and immediately there was understanding and empathy, and absolutely no pushing - qualities that you don't always encounter in commercial circles. I was curious about a possible search and Bram gave us information about the possibility of using him as a buyer's agent. Although I initially had doubts about whether it would be handy to have a real estate agent from Emmen sell a house in Leiderdorp, the feeling about Bram was good and it turned out that the distance was no problem at all. I admired how hard and in a good mood Bram always worked, and patiently (as it should be) went into all our questions, reassured us when needed, and provided the information we needed.
