Ook kregen we de indruk dat er weinig moeite werd gedaan om ons vriendelijk te woord te staan. Dit voelde voor ons niet klantgericht, en daarom hebben we besloten af te zien van verdere stappen. Extra complicated for us was that we wanted to return from abroad, so viewing a property ourselves was almost impossible. So nice that there is then a professional real estate agency standing next to you that goes out for you, provides quick feedback, gives honest and expert advice and constantly thinks along with you. Also good explanation and short lines during the process of bidding, purchasing, signing the purchase agreement etc. A beacon of calm, trust and expertise, truly valuable.

It's a shame you experienced it that way. But selling a property for 2 sellers who are directly opposed to each other and do not want to consult with each other is difficult. The other seller was actually very positive. Furthermore, you had access to the digital file, so you were fully aware of every step/development.
