We were interested in a property and contacted you to arrange a viewing. Unfortunately, during the phone call, we were primarily approached with information about mortgages, while at that moment we only wanted to schedule a viewing. We also got the impression that little effort was made to speak to us kindly. This did not feel customer-focused to us, and therefore we have decided to forgo further steps. A shame, because we were seriously interested.

My experiences with Lamberink real estate, especially Erik Holties as the selling agent, are downright bad. The information provided about the property and plot was incomplete and in certain points outright untrue. The uninterested attitude of the realtor, in my opinion, was just a game. Even the buyer's agent did not manage to protect us from a lot of misery. Supplement March 6: Erik Holties has responded and made an offer to do something together about the miserable situation.

What a worthless realtor. First, no response or only after 2 weeks to schedule a viewing, then cancelling because a realtor was sick, and then again to cancel because the house was sold after attempting to schedule 3 viewings. That's how they do it!!! Missed opportunity DUE TO this REAL ESTATE AGENT Pffff and thanks.
