Unfortunately, during the phone call, we were primarily approached with information about mortgages, while at that moment we only wanted to schedule a viewing. We also got the impression that little effort was made to speak to us kindly. This did not feel customer-focused to us, and therefore we have decided to forgo further steps. A shame, because we were seriously interested.
