Aardige makelaars en fijn in overleg op het moment van elkaar spreken, voornamelijk in de aanloop naar het verkopen van onze woning. Bij plaatsen op de markt verliep onderhouden van contact matig. Er werd soms niet, of heel laat, op vragen of berichten gereageerd. During the viewing, this real estate agent stated that a leasehold period had been terminated. Further investigation revealed that this is incorrect. This type of 'error' rarely occurs. The only explanation we can offer for this is either total incompetence or an attempt to manipulate. Given his turnover, we suspect the latter. Leave it alone and do not conduct business with him!
