We sold our house through Moll Real Estate Agents. It was not a regular home but a house with business space attached. Such a property is somewhat harder to sell than an ordinary house. Therefore, the sales process could sometimes be quite complex. That required extra effort from us as well as the real estate agent. Sometimes we had different opinions about certain things, but in the end, we managed well together. Ultimately, the house was sold in a good way, and we are happy about that.

They also respond via social media and through Funda. Unfortunately, your reaction was too late for this property, namely at a time when viewings could no longer be scheduled. This was done in consultation with our client. We are sorry that we were unable to help you with this property. It was also very extreme here with so many reactions. Hopefully it will work out with the next property. And using a search service (free and non-binding) does indeed help to receive the offer a little earlier. Offer released on Saturday according to the rules of brokerage...first come, first served.. and with the underlying thought that this could lead to a counteroffer and we could start negotiations. However, the broker did nothing with this rule. On Monday there were more viewings and also more offers. Great! But if you create this rule, you must also say that an offer already exists and is discussed first. She said she would discuss our offer with the sellers on Monday evening. She did not keep this appointment. We absolutely do not feel taken seriously! If you make your own rules and promises, stick to them!! We will never do business with this broker again!!!

Wat vervelend om te horen. Misschien heeft de kreet ‘wie het eerst komt’ bij jullie een verkeerde verwachting gewekt. Het is niet zo dat we alleen op zoek zijn naar de snelste bieder. We kijken naar het beste bod, dat wil zeggen dat we niet alleen naar de prijs kijken maar ook naar de voorwaarden en datum van aanvaarding en dergelijke zekerheden/onzekerheden. In de mail bevestiging van de afspraak zit de volgende informatie altijd verwerkt: https://www.nvm.nl/service/vraagenantwoord Overigens moeten wij de belangen behartigen van onze opdrachtgever, in dit geval de verkoper. De verkoper bepaalt uiteindelijk met wie wij in zee mogen gaan. Het is voor kopers in deze markt zeer frustrerend omdat er vaak meerdere kandidaten zijn. We kunnen uiteindelijk maar één kandidaat blij maken en vaak vele anderen teleurstellen. Dat is niet een populaire taak, dat beseffen we ons. Maar het moet wel eerlijk gebeuren. Dat vinden wij erg belangrijk. In dit geval heeft verkoper er in overleg met ons voor gekozen om alle kandidaten evenveel kans te geven middels een inschrijfprocedure. Verkoper is niet verplicht om op het eerste bod in te gaan en heeft dat ook niet gedaan. Misschien kunnen we dit in een persoonlijk gesprek nog nader toelichten. Het lijkt me niet de bedoeling omdat via sociale media te bespreken in het openbaar.

Friendly realtor. But when making an offer on the house, the other party was still chosen. They did not allow the “3-day statutory cooling-off period” to apply. Our purchasing realtor had never heard of this before. This was not the normal procedure. And it also felt as if we didn't have a fair chance.

Toch nog een voldoende dat is aardig, ondanks de domper. Dat is iets wat normaliter niet voorkomt, ik weet eerlijk gezegd niet of deze review bij ons kantoor hoort, ik kan me deze situatie niet herinneren. Kunt u contact met ons opnemen zodat we na kunnen gaan wat er aan de hand is. De bedenktijd is namelijk wettelijk vastgelegd en daar kun je niet zomaar van afwijken. Dat kan alleen in bijzondere situaties (bijvoorbeeld bij 'niet particulieren'). Graag zouden we vooral uw zorgen over 'de eerlijke kans' weg willen nemen. We moeten de belangen van onze opdrachtgever dienen en daarbij moeten we inderdaad soms vervelende keuzes maken, maar het moet inderdaad wel eerlijk gebeuren! Hopelijk kunnen we uitleggen wat er hier aan de hand is geweest. We horen graag. 0513-460101. 4/7/2020: we hebben nog niet een reactie ontvangen. We zijn eigenlijk wel benieuwd....
