Unfortunately not recommended for us. Kuperus knows how to sell himself very well, but once there was agreement for the sale of the house, in our modest opinion, simply too little happened. I wasn't home at the time of his viewing of our house and after inquiring whether Mr. Kuperus would like to stop by to introduce himself to me, we were told nonchalantly; well, that can happen when it’s busy. Also too passive with viewings, no follow-up on viewings, hardly any advice and even the advice not to do an open house. Still chose for an open house, we got 1 brochure(where am I paying over €3000 for!?), 5 business cards and 6 A4s to fill in (note that those are still too few). As soon as you complain about that, you’re told it's normal. During a viewing, even had someone who had been through the house with Kuperus and indicated they hadn’t received any follow-up. Such a shame, a real shame. Ultimately managed to sell the house to people who came by during the open day. Had to do the whole round ourselves etc. Could have better saved that over €3000. I don't see where I paid for it. Afterwards also dared to charge money for some business cards and an 'open house' flyer, which in my opinion doesn’t show any willingness at all. Maybe things are just going too well o.i.d., who knows, but not recommended again.
