Er kwam op het laatste moment een bieding binnen die ik aan verkopende partij moet doorgeven (verplicht( zolang er nog geen getekende koopovereenkomst is ondertekend. Die das 10 % hoger dan de koopsom op dat moment. En ja ik mocht natuurlijk het slechte nieuws doorgeven aan de bericht schrijver van deze recensie. Erg vervelend en ook omdat het per app is gegaan maar dat was omdat het allemaal snel moest. daarna is er wel telefonisch contact geweest met uitleg en zelfs nog de mogelijkheid om ook meer te bieden. Rare markt toen en nu nog steeds. Nu wel duidelijker omdat er nu met bied brieven (of move) een eenmalig bod kan worden gedaan. Het is nooit leuk maar de markt is erg gespannen net als veel mensen. Blijf rustig en Meek it possible
