Dear Mark, I will pass your compliments on to the developer. Of course, it's very easy and cheap to dismiss us like this. It’s important to give a correct representation of things, we both know how it is. Due to your privacy, we cannot write too detailed a response here. Unfortunately, neither the developer nor we can do anything about the fact that construction prices have exploded in the past year and that, as a result, the developer (which isn't us) had to increase prices several times. Ultimately, it was your own choice to drop out as a buyer, allowing the seller/developer to sell to another party (more than a month later). That’s simply how sales work, and it is certainly not fraud. We are writing this response only because you won't receive compensation for your incurred costs (not to us) is ridiculous. You yourself chose to incur these external costs in advance! You owe us absolutely no costs. Perhaps it would be good to look at your own shortcomings first before writing a review.

It is unfortunate to read that you had this experience with us. As best as I could, I tried to keep you informed as buyers with the information available, unfortunately I apparently did not succeed in doing so. I have done everything honestly and conscientiously. Due to privacy aspects, I cannot go into further details via this route and have sent you an email.
