Bij een aantal bezichtigingen op Huizen die via Dijkstra Makelaars aangeboden hadden wij al een positieve indruk. Daardoor besloten om hen ook in te schakelen voor de verkoop van onze woning. Het is fijne makelaar die de tijd voor je neemt en waarbij de lijntjes heel kort zijn. Al met al een hele prettige samenwerking, een aanrader!

Wij zijn erg tevreden over onze ervaring met Dijkstra Makelaars. Vanaf het eerste contact was de communicatie prettig, duidelijk en persoonlijk. Er werd goed geluisterd naar onze wensen en we voelden ons gedurende het hele proces goed begeleid. About 6 years ago we bought our house, where the seller was assisted by Dijkstra Makelaars. Despite the fact that the realtor was on the seller's side, we felt taken seriously and the communication was very pleasant. I had a very disappointing experience with (Dijkstra) regarding the rental of a shop in Hurdegaryp. I was initially enthusiastic about the location and the possibility of opening my second salon in the area, but the lack of communication and professionalism throughout the process made it incredibly frustrating. Here is a summary of my experience: 1. *Initial contact*: I first called to inquire about the shop, and was told by the person who answered that I would be contacted by the colleague responsible for the property. Despite multiple follow-up calls over a period of several weeks, I never received a timely response. 2. *Appointment with Thomas*: After persistent attempts, I eventually met Thomas, the person responsible for the shop. During our meeting he was unsure about the rent and promised to return after consulting with the owner. I expressed interest in renting the space at a reasonable price, and Thomas said he would contact me. Unfortunately, I received no updates. 3. *Lack of communication*: For more than four weeks, I repeatedly tried to contact Thomas, but couldn't reach him. When I went to the office in person, I was told that he was unavailable. The staff seemed indifferent to the situation, and I was only told that Thomas would call me back after a manager was involved. Unfortunately, that call never came either. 4. *False promises and excuses*: Eventually, after asking a Dutch friend to call on my behalf, Thomas immediately responded and admitted that he had handled the situation poorly. He apologized for the lack of follow-up and acknowledged that I was justified in being frustrated. However, this only happened after a long period of silence and poor communication. 5. *Unprofessional management*: I also tried to escalate the matter further by speaking with a manager at the office. To my disappointment, the manager was even less helpful, dismissing my concerns and accusing me of lying about the entire situation. This has further damaged my confidence in the company. Given my experience, I cannot recommend (Dijkstra) to anyone looking for commercial property. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unhelpful staff made what should have been a simple procedure incredibly difficult and time-consuming. It's a shame, because the location could have been a great opportunity for my business, but the company’s management clearly demonstrated that they do not value their potential tenants. I hope (Dijksrta) takes this feedback seriously and improves their communication and customer service in the future.

We got in contact with Dijkstra Makelaars for the purchase of our house. What a relief after dozens of other viewings and contact with other real estate agents. We bought a house through Dijkstra, and we understand that this realtor acts for the selling party. However, we expect that if we buy a house with furnishings “as seen at that time,” those furnishings will remain and that the selling party will not remove valuable items in the meantime. The seller and the realtor promised to do their utmost to return the items, in the presence of the notary, but to date, more than a month later, we have heard nothing. No effort has been made to fulfill any of the agreements “as seen.” The value that has been removed is running high, and so are the costs for cleaning up the rest. When we discovered this on the day of transfer, what should have been a joyous day was ruined. And since we had already sold our houses, there was no other option than to sign. But the promise that an utmost effort would be made has been broken. Our advice: buy something with furnishings and document all of this in writing and with photos, and do not trust a word of this realtor.

This broker flawlessly knows how to inspire confidence in the buying party. The property would be sold under the management of this broker since the seller had already moved elsewhere. After offer and counter-offer, it was agreed to buy the house 'as seen', with still some nice things among the junk we found in the house. We trusted that everything would be alright. But we assumed that only the broker would conclude the transaction. However...... on the day of transfer and conveyance of the property, the owner was present and the house completely stripped of all the things that made cleaning up the junk worthwhile in our eyes. For us, therefore, a sad day while this day should have had a golden edge. At the notary's office, this broker also said, in the presence of several witnesses, that the seller would still try to bring back some items. That was now a month ago. Nothing more heard from either party. We want to warn everyone not to be in good faith with this party.!!! Of course, we legally have no leg to stand on, which we understand very well since the broker acts for the selling party, but this is a matter of feeling and honor. This goes against everything that is right. Having said this, we hope to protect others from this, document everything in such a situation and trust nothing or nobody. We have received the bitter proof that this certainly cannot happen with this broker. ----- Regarding the reaction of Mr. Dijkstra, I would like to answer that I have my own feelings and experience about what happened and reserve the right to write an individual review about it here. I would also like to warmly invite Mr. Dijkstra to explain the inaccuracies in the assumptions that I am supposedly making. Regretting something and then not taking action to correct anything is hypocritical and, in my opinion, only intended to publicly sketch a kind of good picture. However, I do not expect any action since previous telephone contact has already shown that Mr. has been ........ trapped by our reviews and will do nothing more for us. But well, we knew that after 1.5 months of fruitless waiting as well ;-)

From the first contact moment for selling our house until buying our new home, it took a total of about 3 weeks. We are so happy with these people. Our house was sold incredibly fast within a week! You can tell from everything that there is good communication in the office. We viewed 2 properties with them and they did everything to go along with us as soon as possible. Ultimately, Wytse Dijkstra went with us to the property we bought. We are very satisfied with how everything went. The short lines regarding phone calls and WhatsApp are very nice. Nice people and pleasant conversations had.

They do not value providing quality support. They are a non-neutral party between seller and buyer. Say a do b! Be aware that they try to close everything legally via email in order to then say something different verbally and subsequently do something else. During viewings, they are consistently late, which we were able to see through our surveillance system. Arrogant attitude when confronted with points for improvement. Drafted contracts where the notary draws our attention to the fact that this could not happen under any circumstances. It's so bad that we have now decided to make the complaint enforceable through the official procedure. So please be careful!

A top realtor! Our previous home was also sold by Wytse within 2 weeks; just for fun we set this deadline again. But what a smooth process, Wytse came by for an assessment of the property, a few days later the photos were taken and the measurements were done and the property was listed on Funda. Together with Janine he organized 3 open house moments, because the interest was so great! The communication is clear, the contact accessible and therefore very pleasant. I've never experienced or heard anything so crazy about how this realtor deals with his clients. Received an offer last night and the next day they called to make up an excuse, saying I have another buyer, while selling in the meantime - you do tell that, cowardly dirty trick.

We greatly appreciated and took to heart the advice and expertise of the real estate agent. Buying a house is not something you do every year. Especially now that the housing market is picking up and sales methods aren't always becoming more pleasant, professional guidance is a must. I am sure that our real estate agent, with his commitment and results, stands just above the rest and has amply earned back his costs for us.
