07 Aug 2024Both during the purchase and sale, we were very well guided by Hielke and his team. The contact was clear and smooth, and when necessary, quick decisions were made, allowing us to make the right choices. During the purchase, we had Hielke as our purchasing agent. After having done an initial viewing ourselves, we engaged Hielke. He thoroughly inspected the intended property, giving us a good picture of its condition. With this knowledge, we were able to place a bid with which we felt comfortable. After the successful purchase of the house, we would like Hielke to sell our own home. In preparation for placement on Funda, we were kept well informed about developments, and this was no different during the viewings. After each round, we were updated by phone on the status, which we found particularly nice. The entire sale went smoothly and within a week our house was sold subject to conditions. Of course, there has been regular contact between us and the real estate agent in between, and the back office at the office deserves a big compliment. They looked ahead well and no effort was too much to guide everything properly. We were also able to turn to them with all our questions, where we received expert answers. In short, we are very satisfied with Makelaardij Friesland and can recommend them to everyone. Next time we will definitely engage them again.

26 Jun 2024The preparation for the sale, including interior architect advice and the photoshoots for funda and sales brochure, was careful; the on-site guidance by 2 different real estate agents went professionally (correct behavior; no blabla and hospitality) and the advising regarding the hot prospects was calm/modest and not pushy with regard to making the right choice for prospective buyers. All of this suited our taste and appearance well.
