Please note that if you are not registered as a buyer, you have a smaller chance of viewing and participating in a bid. Due to very high interest. So the first one ... Sorry ... even in this time of easy sales, we can sell due to limited supply and high demand. Our response to the reaction: in our experience, we did not react really late, but because there was great interest, the viewings were already fully booked. And that is just a pity. We had very little time to find a house, but this team worked hard to make it possible. They went the extra mile and even drove to locations far from their office, where other real estate agents simply didn't bother and wasted our time. A true recommendation. We had a very good impression, from the first meeting to signing the contract. They arranged everything for us and quickly answered all our questions. This was exactly what we expected from a realtor.

Some years ago, Snoek Makelaars helped us with the sale of our farm in Oldeberkoop. What none of the real estate agents achieved in a then very difficult market, was for this agent an exercise with success. Honest, realistic, connecting where the possibilities lay, and: everyone happy. I still owe him this review, I'm zero when it comes to digital matters and social media, which is how I prefer to keep it - God preserve me! But it kept haunting me; the debt I owed Snoek, namely a rightful good review. Here issie then: Snoek delivers what others can’t, keeps his promise, and knows how to balance in everyone's favor. As one of the first people called on Friday to view a property that wasn't even listed on Funda yet. The exact possibilities for viewing were not yet known and we would be called back on Tuesday after the long Pentecost weekend. Meanwhile, it is now a week later on Friday and we have not been called back. We had to call ourselves. A decision has been made for 2 viewing days. The first one is full and the second we cannot attend due to work. And that's what you have to deal with. A slightly customer-oriented real estate agent would, in consultation with the seller, create an extra moment for us because they have been lax themselves. The housing market is so good that they really don't care at all. Look, there will be a bad period in the housing market again sometime and then these kinds of things will not be forgotten. Absolutely not recommended. You don't want a real estate agent like that.
