Sorry ... even in this time of easy sales, we can sell due to limited supply and high demand. Our response to the reaction: in our experience, we did not react really late, but because there was great interest, the viewings were already fully booked. And that is just a pity. Dear Ger, that is not the correct representation of things. We guided approximately 30 viewers around the property in question. These viewers are not all registered as seekers. They also respond via social media and through Funda. Unfortunately, your reaction was too late for this property, namely at a time when viewings could no longer be scheduled. This was done in consultation with our client. We are sorry that we were unable to help you with this property. It was also very extreme here with so many reactions. Hopefully it will work out with the next property. And using a search service (free and non-binding) does indeed help to receive the offer a little earlier. Of course, we are also willing to explain the above personally.

07 Aug 2024Bij zowel de aan- als de verkoop zijn wij zeer goed begeleid door Hielke en zijn team. Het contact verliep duidelijk en vlot en op momenten dat het nodig was werd er snel geschakeld waardoor wij de juiste beslissingen konden nemen. Bij de aankoop hadden we Hielke als aankoopmakelaar. Nadat we zelf een eerste bezichtiging hadden gedaan hebben we Hielke ingeschakeld. Hij heeft de beoogde woning goed geïnspecteerd waardoor wij een goed beeld van de staat van de woning hadden. Met deze kennis konden we een bod uitbrengen waarbij wij ons comfortabel bij voelden. Na de succesvolle aankoop van de woning wilden we graag dat Hielke ons eigen woning verkocht. In de aanloop naar de plaatsing op Funda werden we goed op de hoogte gehouden van de ontwikkelingen en dit was niet anders tijdens de bezichtigingen. Na elke ronde werden we telefonisch bijgepraat over de stand van zaken, iets wat we bijzonder fijn vonden. De gehele verkoop liep vlot en binnen een week was ons woning verkocht onder voorbehoud. Tussendoor is er natuurlijk regelmatig contact geweest tussen ons en de makelaar, en de binnendienst op kantoor verdient hierbij een dikke pluim. Ze keken goed vooruit en geen moeite was teveel om alles in goede banen te leiden. Ook konden we met al onze vragen bij hen terecht waarbij we kundig te woord werden gestaan. Kortom, wij zijn dik tevreden over Makelaardij Friesland en kunnen ze iedereen aanbevelen. De volgende keer schakelen we ze zeker weer in.

08 Oct 2024We zijn gewoon meer dan tevreden met Frysk Makelaars. Het gaat niet om of alles perfect is, maar of je tot een goede samenwerking komt op basis van vertrouwen. In dit geval gaat het bij Frysk ook nog eens perfect op de 'kleine puntjes'. Maar belangrijkste voor ons: wij vertrouwen Frysk en ze denken altijd met ons mee. Dus vanuit ons perspectief. Volgende verhuizing...weer Frysk!
