20 Nov 2024Mid-Fryslân Real Estate helped us with the viewing, selection, and negotiation of our holiday home in Friesland. We hoped to find an expert and involved real estate agent. They far exceeded this expectation: not only our own real estate agent, but the entire office seemed involved. During the negotiation (which proceeded very difficultly due to the selling party) the real estate agent kept a cool head and listened carefully to our ideas. And brought it to a beautiful result. And it didn't stop there: even when drafting the purchase agreement, our real estate agent dotted the i’s. That was necessary, the real estate agent of the selling party turned out to be very sloppy. Finally, on the day of handover we received nice interior design advice which we took to heart and now provides extra light in the living room. We can wholeheartedly recommend Mid-Fryslân Real Estate to everyone.

04 Oct 2025We sold our home through Duinstra Melis. The result was ultimately fairly positive, and we are satisfied with the commitment and availability of Jurn, who always answered our calls and made a lot of effort to set things right for us. Unfortunately, we also experienced many disappointments. For example, the styling advice was not provided as agreed upon, the photographer was hired without the promised styling products, appointments were rescheduled multiple times (which cost us extra days off and childcare), viewers were initially turned away because it did not fit in the schedule, and potential buyers were insufficiently informed about offers and pending matters. This even led to a high bid being withdrawn. We engaged the real estate agent precisely to take care of these issues for us, but we had to push and correct many things ourselves. Overall, we found that the service provided did not match the commission and start-up costs.

I received good advice on how to adapt my house with some improvements and make it attractive for sale. The house had to be emptied, and I was helped with this by a cleaner. I got this address through their mediation. That saved me a lot of work. A professional photographer took care of a beautiful photo presentation of the house. Potential buyers were given this brochure home after they had viewed the house. During the exciting phase around the sale, I felt enormously supported by this real estate agent. I can wholeheartedly recommend Bosma & de Witte real estate agency; as far as I'm concerned, they get a 10! You really can’t get a better real estate agent.

Furthermore, you also assisted in the purchase of our current home. Afterwards, it didn't come out as sharp, partly due to physical discomfort of your broker and a lack of openness from the previous owner and his broker. Hence 4 stars and a recommendation for others.
